需要perm
去亚洲店 要求digital perm 一定要digital perm
perm之后 吹头发的时候头冲下吹 喷发胶 然后一边直起腰来一边把头发往后甩 然后用
手指修理一下 就有volume了 |

如果还是因为卖东西，帮助隐瞒之类的我觉得没什么好批评的。
我要是教练，手下这些小孩卖点自己的纪念品赚点零花钱我也帮他们捂着，多大事啊。
有些NCAA的条款本身就奇怪。
我们今年毕业的wr hankerson以前从来没被认为会有机会去打NFL，结果人家自己利用
off season和dolphin legend mark duper训练，两年来大幅提高，去年还破了单季td
纪录。后来队里其他小孩也想去和duper训练，结果被学校告知违反NCAA纪律，理由是
hankerson进学校之前就认识duper，所以是允许的，而之前不认识的就是违规。这是什
么狗屁条款，人家小孩有上进心是好事，结果还被打压。
还有其他的都懒得说了
，但是作为球迷，不能说自己学校范了规，就不能讨论违规。RR练习门同样需要谴责，
其它违规也需要谴责。但是犯规也有程度的问题。 |

钓白鲈， 只在家边的city pond里钓stocked trouts. 今天钓到7条， 小不点。 super

这一个月闲暇时间全投入到trout的大流中去了，在美国朋友和中国朋友的帮助下，一
日千里的进步啊，除了硬饵Super Duper，已然毕业的水准了，Super Duper专等明年春
天一战了
致谢： 中文信息里，Lyrock的帖子是我查到到的最完美的资料，除了详细的基本信息
，提供的硬软饵也是非常实用的，至少对lake trout，的确如大神所言，一击必杀！
CSrock，undertow，大刀神Thor，以及头像是三国杀的哥们vincentgrow，还有xzxy，
xlfang等最近半年发关于trout帖子的朋友，里面都关于rig，温度环境给了一些很实用
的信息，提供了很大的帮助
各位渔友的trout方子，也是很赞，烧烤清蒸红烧，现在做的鱼已经非常好吃了，哈哈
最要感谢的是刚好一个月前认识的两位大叔，都四五十岁吧，酷爱钓鱼，只钓trout，
基本上只要我有时间，就会带我去钓，一个小时的车程开过四五次，附近七八条小溪三

没事还要勤雕琢自己的技术。
我们以前的wr henkerson是个3星，头两个赛季下来也没任何人觉得他以后会发光，身
体素质也一般，不过人家自己勤奋，第三个赛季开始，off season和以前海豚的传奇wr
Mark Duper苦练，结果最后一年来了一个大爆发。
顺便鄙视一下我们以前wr教练，手下没练出一个人才出来(还好现在去给马思昌当小弟
去了）,我们的tommy streeter身体条件和素质一流,前三年也是没有任何作为，看到
henkerson的例子也想去和Mark Duper练习，结果我的新教练班子说用不着，相信我们
就行了，结果人家这一年也来了小爆发，宣布提早参加草稿了。所以教练会不会培养还
是很重要的

想來想去，過意不去，就寫篇長文為各位在過年期間添點熱鬧。各位幾杯下肚後，看看
市長的政論文章解解酒，也是一樂。於是打破自己的禁令，寫篇文章湊熱鬧，算是市長
的“Executive Privelege”罷，希望網友們莫要怪罪，本市規則各位還是要遵守的。
本來打算寫「回顧2016，展望2017」，想想一月已經過完了，而「一個中國」的挑戰隨
著川普的走馬上任才開始，「遼寧號」的餘威猶存，就換了上面這個題目。這篇文章長
了一點，至少要分兩部份貼出，希望能在春節期間（吃湯圓以前）完工。

It's rarely coasting in true neutral. Most of the time, it's just a brief
extended clutch action, so you have plenty of time to downshift, rev match,
while the car is coasting, instead of the super duper split second tip-
toeing. My hats off to anyone who does that on very street corner.
