Explanation: In 1764, French astronomer Charles Messier sighted this gorgeous cosmic
cloud which he described as an oval nebula without stars. Cataloged as M27, it is now
popularly known as the Dumbbell Nebula, not for its substandard academic performance but
for the elongated shape, like a bar with weights on each end, which first caught Messier's eye.

Kettlebell bent down lateral side raise + kettlebell stand lateral side
raise + lat pull down + incline bench press
Power set, 做完一个系列休息一分钟, 两SET
Kettlebell bent over row
两个SET
Decline bench press
两个SET
Dumbell power clean + press
两个SET
Barbell power clean
两个SET, 第一次用BARBELL, 头一个SET是15磅的空心BAR, 主要是纠正动作, 第二个
SET是45磅的BAR, 还是在纠正动作, 看来还是需要多练习一下, 经常犯的错误就是PULL
和STAND UP的不同步. |

Try Dip: 0!!!
Swimming: 30 mins.
This does not look like a training, but basically a recovery run... |

This is cheaper than any other site or ebay. All other sites are $599 for a
pair of dumbells, and some charge hundreds of dollars for shipping. A pair
from amazon would only be $414.08 with free shipping.
