顾着他。结果ob就要给我联系一个Dula的人来。我问大家都这样吗，她说一般美国人都
有很大的family，像我这样只有一个老公来的还是请个Dula的人帮忙好。我大概查了查
，好像挺贵的，保险一般都不cover。大家觉得这个Dula有必要吗？ |

通过了对几个DULA的面世,我们决定请一个也是做安摸师的DULA,在我生之前,她
对我们做了次家访,教授了我和劳工几种LABOR的减压减痛法.
二宝的B超一直没有问题,一直到快DUE DAY,一切数值正常. 所以医生就决定让我
在DUE DAY 前一天晚上8点去医院催产.(因为我的血液浓度高的问题还有我注射稀血针
的问题,医生决不同意让我OVERDUE).
晚上DULA 和我们准时到产房,一大堆电脑登记问题后.一直到快11点才给我上催
产针.然后打挨皮.这次好象很不错,直到凌晨3点,都不觉得疼.医生检查还是只开了4指.
她决定给我破水,让进程更快些.这刚破了水后,开始疼痛加具.宫缩也更强裂.我很想哭,
很受不了. 我们的dula,在我身边给我按膜,并引导我一次一次深呼吸度过一次次宫缩.

发帖数: 1864 | 3 看了那些开指很快的产经觉得好怕怕。我和老公LD。他说会提前一周过来。我说due
day前两周生都正常。他就说会检查开指（不知道他怎么懂这个），开了他就来。可是
我看有人刚开指当天生的也有啊。我请了个dula，准备来不及就叫救护车，让dula帮忙
。可是谁也不知道到时候进度快慢。救护车送到了dula到了，又发现开指慢，被赶回家
的话，不是来回折腾？哪有劳工好使唤。大家给点建议吧 |
