交罚款，
traffic school（可以online）
上法庭agrue
选了traffic school，不过好像交钱比罚款还多，幸好保险能保住不涨。不过完成课程
，交回complettion certificate不用再担心原先那个citation due date吧，说是能
continue三个月完成课程。
有经验的指点一下，谢谢 |

有心在加州注册了，然后搬到宾州以后再注册一次吧，觉得为了这两天交这$200多还挺

号到11月14号这么多天没有registration会有什么后果。

但你的这种假设情况现实生活中应该遇不到吧，因为refinance时最多预付从funding
date到月底的利息。一般的贷款Lender是不会预收你三个月的利息的。

2010年5月我们买了新房，有加州提供的new home tax credit，每年可以claim about
$3,333。我们2010年的CA refund绝大部分都是由于这个tax credit。那在我们报2011
年税的时候，这部分CA refund是taxable or nontaxable？
