譬如Jesuit University联盟，你去其中一个服务满一定年限，娃去哪个Jesuit联盟学
费全免，最好的Jesuit是Georgetown, Boston College，有老师生5个娃全去这俩，学

一样，男子比女子的要多得多。比如，katherine reutter，jessica smith, alyson
dudek就不是特别明显，然后你再看看james hamilin， 韩佳良就特别明显，hamilin
看慢放简直到了不可思议的地步。
我是这末看的哈，不一定对，直道蹬冰既然有phase1和phase2,弯道的蹬冰原理也应该
差不多，就是频率稍高，所以你的是正确动作，我还得再练。
另外你还提出了膝关节是否要蹬到“锁止位”，以我看录像慢镜头的观察，锁止位要在
非常短的一瞬间达到，然后就弹回去了，就跟往天上仍球儿一样，速度绝对值确实为零
，但是那一点的导数永远不为零。 |
