to be able to handle my hair. There was another Asian dud who also does
good job on my hair, but I don't have his name.
There is another Korean one I used to go, which is on the Butterfield Rd
north of the Townline RD, called Hair ID. You can also give it a try. I
stopped going there after one of the guys used to cut my hair left.

我看了以后，实在是觉得无语。 在Palo Alto住个House,就是你租的，也不致于连个糖
果也买不起，
用这么成熟的糖果来打发天真的孩子们。说轻点，是素质差，说重点，这是犯罪吧。
本来挺高兴的事情，结果是让人添堵，感慨万千。 这样的国人，钱挣得再多，也属于
垃圾类。
这能希望其他经过这家要糖的小朋友们不要吃这黑心的糖果。

rounds at the shooting range without any problem yet got one dud when i had
a perfect chance to get a
coyote in the field!!!! that's a moment i would remember for a loooong time.

minimag first to break it in? I tried all kinds of ammo with my kadet kit,
never had any problem except some duds, and occasionally last round will not
lock back when using Federal bulk ammo from walmart.
With CZ, I usually shoot 200-300 rd of .22 first, then maybe 20-30 rd of 9mm
. With each .22 I shot, I will tell myself that's another 15 cents saved. |

1.枪管指向安全的方向，比方说面前50码外的松软地面之类的，不要垂直对天/地/水面；
2.等待30秒，如果火药还是没有引爆，就可以把子弹退膛；
3.检查是不是真的hang fire；
4.如果是，基本上可以确定是dud；可以放在包里带回家，然后处理火药。 |

的是弹壳，弹头还留在里面。

IMI的弹药通常不错，和lake city不相上下。除非是超便宜的loose ammo / reclaimed
, 不应该出现这么多问题.
我的AR打PMC也出现过一次dud. 很深的primer strike但没击发。放回去重新打也没用。 |

1. 你天生胳膊长身子短，是个deadlift好料。
2. 对初学者来说，squat 比deadlift难些，你需要时间让他们even out, 并最终
squat超过deadlift。
3. 安排好训练， 确保squat 时能focus 技术和tension。如果一天同时安排squat,
deadlift， 先做squat； 如果安排在同一星期，先安排squat。
4. 起始位置很重要，包括要设定舒服的bar的高度，bar 放在肩上，你应该是很自
