首先,新开的debt要到至少一个月之后才会出现在credit report上,也就是你的第一
个billing statement出来之后。所以你现在根本不用担心你的DTI.
其次,银行不会无缘无故去rerun credit.除非你的processing超过3个月,现在的
report过期了。因为rerun credit之后他们还要花时间再重新看你的case.不过这一点
对于FHA loan,不是十分确定。十分好奇为什么要做FHA,难道credit不好?
如果真的会rerun你的credit,上面一定会多一个inquiry from家具店。你就写一封信
说你在shopping around家具就行了。越简单越好。 |
