pool 就暴露了, 出来一部分radiation
这个containment虽然不如后来的PWR那么结实, 还是很牢固的, 包含RV的drywell本
身并没有破, U2破的是suppression pool (wet well), 本来dry well 里面的蒸汽
vent到这里被水吸收, 现在这个破了, drywell的水位也维持不住, 所有东西都能出
来, 但并不是一下子火山式爆发出来, 是从破口里慢慢出来,先充满RB, 再从这里漏
到外界. |

finder就是找到了那2by4，意义不大。 drywell的力量足狗支撑，压根没有必要如此
折腾。 我老用两个螺丝把一大镜子挂在了悬空的客厅墙上的drywell上面，多少年稳如
泰山，除非三胖用氢弹来炸那就没有办法了。 |

if you know where the septic tank and dry well located, use a crowbar open
the lid, and take a look. A well-maintained septic tank should have mostly
liquid on the surface. There should be always a few feet between the liquid
surface to the ground (because that's where the drain pipe).
If the liquid level is close to the surface, that means the drain between
the septic tank and the drywell is blocked; if you see the surface is mostly
solid (paper), that means it should be pumped.

发帖数: 4453 | 8 drywell 也就一指头厚，用钉子敲进去，敲透！然后去homdepot买3.75的膨胀螺丝套（
再买钉子螺丝的地方挂着/tools section 隔壁）敲进去后，把螺丝和灯一起拧进去。
如果你还嫌不结实，可以买大点的螺丝与膨胀螺栓的组合。 别说那点灯，就是在上面
妞秧歌都问题不大！ |

有30lb.，就是用两个膨胀螺丝固定在drywell上的。你压根不需要担心会掉下来。 |

：你那灯，弄两个小螺丝就行了，压根都不需要大螺丝。 我有个4尺x5尺的古典大镜子
，有30lb.，就是用两个膨胀螺丝固定在drywell上的。你压根不需要担心会掉下来。

foundation seal，也没有看到proper的exterior drainage，所以我们要做的话，需要
2-3W
屋内倒是搞好了一个french drain然后带了sump pump
我们拿Inspector的结果去问屋主，可是结论却是他们说他们有，叫做rainfall drain
，town里面还有record， blahblah, 有drywell在后院，也有一个drain from gutter
to lower part of their front yard
今天我们打了电话给town，town里面说他们不对drainage作record，那我们能从town里
面拿到啥信息呢？
我们就糊涂了，现在是相信屋主呢，还是相信我们的inspector啊？真是的 |

还没叫他检查drywell呢。我和劳工说，如果不换，坚决不要，因为是我的底线。
我们是一定要做mold test, 如果检查出来是toxic的，不会要。
问题是如果我们检查了mold,以后我们卖房子时，如果买家问，我们要disclosure么？ |

容易冻住。 虽然专业公司留的出口很短， 用了厚的塑料管子， 但是总有那么一个月
上冻。
Dencent的解决方式是drywell, 但是投资有点大。 不知有没有更简单的方式。 直接到
下水不可取， 当地code 不允许； 况且下水是private, 出了问题也麻烦。 |

main to prevent over flow the main. if you dont want to spend the money to
fix it, just cut it and let it spill to your yard as long as no one
