美国phd top30（bio-medical)毕业三年
文章9， 第一作者3 ；不管第几作者我都能吹就吹了，当时想的是如果RFE,就让
corresponding author写封信说我的贡献很大。杂志排名大概top10％－20％，版上好
像不太支持写上top10％－20％，不管，把所有10-20%的排名全都写了。
book chapter 5 第一作者1； 这个不太好吹，不过发现有个网站http://www.doody.com/drs/,会给book评分和review，正好给我书的评分和review巨好，就吹上了。虽然其实是吹book editor.
会议文章6 第一作者2
自引没提，他引39. 好像有点少，只好尽量找亮点，幸亏有一个且只有一个引用我文章
的教授帮我写了推荐信，吹了一把，这个教授我不认识，网上裸找的。
下面是我的亮点：

过去30天看见好多EB1B的战友被0002和0214 NOID，我也预感不好，今天公司律师告诉
我收到NOID(其实已经过去好几天了），算了下只有20天出头的时间准备材料。
申请的背景如下：
1. PhD，业内大公司R&D Engineer，分析化学背景，偏冷的仪器领域。
2. 一共7篇journal，其中5篇一作。3篇1作和另外2篇不是一作发表在Analytical
Chemistry上（领域top期刊）。
3. 推荐信7封，一封来自导师，一封合作教授，一封公司研发部VP，其他4封是
independent，分别来自美国，英国（2封），瑞典。
4. 提交的时候引用77个，现在89个。
5. 会议oral presentation 4次，poster 1次。
申请的情况：
公司一直用Fragomen的律师，申请过程中感觉水平不行，我自己早期把关了RL（现在看
来是没写好没突出重点）和后期自己按版上的完全重写了PL（自己感觉写的还可以，感
觉IO没看）。
律师的PL claim了4项，只有7页。我后来删减到了3项，扩孔到15页，涵盖很多大家常
用的方式。

我去年还是康州F1学生，在加州实习过。所以有几张W2表。去年Fed AGI是4万刀。学校
的奖学金只发了我1万刀，其他的钱都是加州挣的。我填 CT-1040表，第4栏是：
Substract from Fed AGI, 我填了3万多刀，第5栏的CT AGI就是1万刀。所以不用交什
么税。
结果CT DRS给我纠正说，第四栏应该填0，所以CT AGI = Fed AGI，一下子要我补近2千
刀的税。
我的理解是，我在加州挣的钱，凭什么康州要charge我incoming tax？我在康州的奖学
金就1万刀啊，CT为什么按4万刀给我算税？？
请问这个是我填错了。还是CT州搞错了？ |

Toor and other mentioned Drs.--this is only reason, and enough reason for
Wang. We may not think it is the justified reason to kill others, but it
happened. This incident should give a lot of a lesson---do not driven others
to desperation, it may hurt yourself by the deperation reaction. |

office.
