Secondary drowning在lifeguard的训练中有介绍。是由于水进入肺部导致肺水肿，其
主要症状就是脸色不好和呼吸困难。72小时内随时可能加重，后果可能是致命的。
对lifeguard的要求是：如果发现上述症状或溺水者是小孩，应该坚持送到专业人员那
里。对其他一般情况，也应该叮嘱Secondary drowning的症状和风险，以便他们能及时
