I have never cook steak beyond medium..when the meat is cooked (turn gray),
you break the cell membrane and give up the juice. So the meant tend to
taste drier...
Whole food does not have a good value for the price. For less price, I
prefer prime steak from Costco. For better ones, you can get from fox and
obel food market at downtown or some websites selling high end meats. |

发帖数: 1604 | 19 经过了头几次洗yoyo的血淋淋的经验教训，猫妈终于总结摸索出了这套可行的沐浴法：
1. 浴缸里放两个空桶，接满水轮番洗，前两桶水先把yoyo的毛浸透，洗去浮尘。
2. 把两桶水换上干净的，把yoyo放浴缸里浑身打好shampoo。
3. 把yoyo放回两桶水中轮番浸洗，换两桶水，再浸洗，再换水，再浸洗，就差不多了。
整个沐浴过程中，yoyo虽说谈不上享受，但还算是很乖很合作，每回如此洗他洗上个20
、30分钟，他除了偶尔嚎个一两嗓子外，全程都很安静很听话=^.^=
洗完yoyo后，用浴巾擦个大概，然后用hair drier的暖风把yoyo全方位大吹特吹，吹得
出不多，他一溜烟不知道跑哪儿去了。 后来猫妈去closet里发现yoyo躺在小玻璃桌上睡
着了，睡得那叫一香，桌面上反映出他正在酣睡的样子，尤其是他胖嘟嘟的小爪子，真
是可耐呀～ |
