发帖数: 37 | 13 买了个beats耳机说band断了，退回来一看是断的，但颜色不是我的drenched white（
纯白），而是普通的白，另外耳机上的螺丝有一个都绣了，另一个也有被拧过的痕迹，
明显是被换货了。
恶霸开了case后判我输，说没有证据显示是买家造成的问题。
