A few days ago I clicked the promo link in the old threads (to see if they
would be active again around MLK Day) and Dreamhost gave me a COUPON CODE
EXPIRED message, so I figured my hopes were dashed.. buuuuuuuuuut I just
checked now, and it seems like the deal from a few months ago is live again!
This deal is way better than the MLK Day deal they're currently running on
the Dreamhost home page.

另外有个要求是,将来30%-50%的访问量会从中国来,希望不要太慢.
楼上提到的dreamhost,有实际使用经验吗?可以分享一下吗?站内信也行.我看到很多类
似dreamhost的single server hosting service,就是不晓得质量怎么样? 谢谢啦.
我还认真看了JustHost,GoDaddy和Yahoo! Small Business,不知道有没有人可以分享一

也不down，所以人家down time很少
找客服抱怨，人家说给你搬到另一个服务器上去试试。好了多半年，又出现同
样问题。
后来换了一家ipage，问题差不多，客服还不如dreamhost的。 |

我之前在 dreamhost 搞了个３年的 domain hosting plan ($286.20 every three
years)
他们政策是只要买他们的host plan，就可以免费一个domain registration （如果你
不买他们的domain host，只买他们domain registration，那就$9.95/year；或
者你买了host plan一年，第二年又不买了，但你还想保留这个域名那还得付这个$9.95
/year）
。。。。
现在别人和我说hostmonster 也很好，而且便宜一半，所以我想转到hostmonster 的
domain host去，，，，那我自己原来的domain registration的网址，转到了
hostmonster以后，dreamhost 会不会还收我$9.95/year的钱啊？
hostmonster 也是那种买host 送一个域名注册（domain registation)的，只是我不想

我总算明白了.
反正我之前交了dreamhost 的 host plan的钱，domain name 是免费的，应该转到
hostmonster也免费～～～吧～
那个code我在dreamhost一个domain transfer的地方找到了！！

hostmonster那里新客户的这册页面会直接有２个选择，其中一个就是为transfer的客
户的，我还没弄，先就看了看。。。。 我也问了他们客服，这个市他们的答复：

before initiating the domain transfer on our end. Those steps are:
1. Update the name servers to ns1.hostmonster.com and ns2.hostmonster.com.
