只是托词而已，就是人手不够，都去处理隔壁的，跟dreamact child和非法移民的EAD
，你去隔壁版看看，非法移民的EAD发了有10万张，而且比正常EAD快多了，那得多少人

部分都投票给他了，要不然他肯定会输的。所以提是肯定会提，但是提什么（DreamAct
还是CIR还是缩减版的CIR）就难说了。不过不论提哪个，要过的话还是很难。这不光是
够不够票数的问题，还有民主党愿不愿意再犯众怒的问题。连Obama自己都承认这次输
掉众议院主要是因为一下子通过了太多大举措，美国人接受不了。要再来个CIR，就真
的有点政治自杀的意思了。 |
