After you apply the parking brake, is car slipping with wheels turning or
just slipping with wheels locked by the dragging the rubber.
If the wheels are still turning, you may not apply the brake tight enough or
parking brake need to be adjusted.
If the wheel stop turning but car still slipping dragging the the rubber (it
should make a little noise too), your hill is too steep, you need to get
parking blocks.

上个月 开了快4年的V6 4.0 被TOTAL了。。老墨女闯红灯。我绿灯直行 直接撞在她
CAMRY PASSENGER SIDE..我的安全气囊全出来了。对方全责。不过好在人没事。。在德
州农村没车不行，本来看中一台2手的GT 5.0 。。11年才开了5000多英里，结果到了
DEALER说被人买走了，APPOINTMENT约在下午2点，我中午12点到得，告诉我卖掉了 也
没打电话通知下，太不厚道。一气之下就直接跑到FORD DEALER买了台新的。 OTD 34K。
AUTO的 开了2天觉得，油门踩下去反应比较慢，起步不够快，SHIFT比较慢(相对来说还
是很快0-60英里，4.6秒左右），然后就带着去LOCAL 比较有名的MUSTANG PERFORMANCE

你的方法有几个问题
首先你根据link获得的功率是60mph下巡航所需的功率,
而不是2000rpm时你可以得到的峰值功率
其次8000rpm巡航达到最大功率,这个很难做到
一般来说车的top speed limit可能来自两种限制
就是drag limit或者rev limit
考虑到有变速箱的存在,不同档位下扭矩放大不同,轮上扭矩不同
对应驱动力不同
基本上当我们油门到底加速时,因为转速有上限,
车会在某个低档转速拉到红区不能再上升,之后会升挡,
升挡后在同一车速时对应转速下降,驱动力也跟着下降(因为扭矩放大变小)
那么最终或者是你在某个档位上转速到最高了,
然后如果再升挡,升挡后驱动力下降到无法维持车速,所以最高车速出现在原档位
那么这种情况就是所谓rev limit
这个情况下转速是最高的,但这种情况下因为峰值驱动力高于本车速下阻力,
也就是说巡航时发动机扭矩不处在峰值扭矩上
所以车并没有工作在最高功率下
或者就是升挡之后转速降下来驱动力降下来,但仍然比此刻车速对应的阻力大

I had similar situation a month ago: I had not heard from him at the time
they planned to make decision.
What happend in my case is that they dragged and dragged, and they made
decision two weeks later than the original schedule.
