Westwood 的旁边 Dover 区更好一些，但是交通不是特方便。
Medfield 也很好。
Sharon 也是很好学区，中国人也很多，房子比Westwood便宜一些。
在去年公布在 Boston Magazine 上的学区排行。
Dover-Sherborn 是第1名
Sharon 是第10名
westwood 是第14名

Dover这个Town很不起眼，地处麻州中心段，没有任何主要公路进去，是我见过的平均
最富于最安宁的小镇。Weston Wellesley，太多富翁了。Lexington，Newton，高级白

个价位的少，建议你找个 buyer's agent,我就用了个 agent, 反正买方也不花钱，我
们老太太对这个 town 很了解，很多房子没上市就带我们去看了，她说我们这个价位的
房子通常是上了市就立刻卖出去。建议你看看这个房子 225 Dover road,小学
Deerfield,很棒的学校，房子环境好，离 Hale reservation步行的距离，就是 dover
road traffic 有点差，但是这个房子降价好几次了，我听邻居说这家主人 did a nice
job on the house,性价比还是不错的。 |

but bearable by Boston standard. In general, going to South Station will
take approximately one hour. There are train stations at nearby Norwood and
Walpole, which is about 5-12 minutes away, but do look for houses in the
eastern or southern part of the town. Other parts of the town are too remote
for city commute.

你的第一选择是Newmarket，这个是正道，Dover最好的校区。其次是隔壁的Portsmouth
，这个倒是城里面，但是每天上班要出城再进城，快不起来，但好处是万一堵路，条条
道路通罗马，也不会耽误太久。
你要是仰慕PEA，就去Exeter，不知道你家是不是牛娃，这个想进去跟麻省的PA一样难。
要是实在是仰慕麻省，就住Windham NH，直接93南下进城，比Boston西北大多数镇子还

Denville 和 randolph也可以，就是交通不太好，最好不要依赖10号路的
我以前住的是 Dover的 Rustic Ridge，就在 rockaway mall旁边，离rockaway比离dover近，我觉得还不错。1分钟之内上80，虽然绝对路程
比denville离parsippany稍远一点，但交通快很多，我以前上班（parsippany）大概需
要12分钟，下班需要25分钟
此外east hanover靠近中国超市，生活也比较便利，有一些比较新的apt,但看地上的房
子都比较贵 |

watchung的比，虽然选择比较少，餐馆也小些，
周末晚餐生蚝/蟹腿/石蟹/寿司/hibachi都有，
新张东西挺新鲜的口味也行，$8。49 中餐， $12。99 晚餐
在denville的是 "order to make" 的日餐 (miga sushi)

发帖数: 49 | 48 从RI搬到MA已经一月有余，潜水是不能认识fishing巴蒂的，在鱼版的第一文就当是敲
门砖了。
W水库在MA渔民当中可谓是圣地，对我这个从来没有去过W的菜鸟来说，除了是圣地，更
多了几份神秘感和期待。不过看着maps上浩瀚的蓝色水域，没有找到巴蒂之前真心没敢
涉足。
周日上午原本的计划是在dover needham一带的charles river上找找合适的钓点，6：
30出发，半个小时的车程先到了一个叫做village falls park，dover的地方，逛了一
圈震惊了，这个charles river的样子跟家里楼下的charles river(cambridge)不太一
样啊，基本上没什么水量，河流又窄又浅，真不知道最后是如何发展到在cambridge的
程度的。
又往上流走了走，到一个叫elm bank的地方情形也差不多。心中很是懊恼，自责没有提
前做好功课，连备案都没有准备，如果现在回家，更是愧对ld不到6点起来给做的早餐
啊。
所以干脆W水库了。这一步早晚要走的。
50分钟的路程，不过心情还是蛮激动的。不过到了之后又发现了个问题，由于没有提前
