关于这个reasonable doubt。非常的有意思。我也有一些不解。
看了boston legal，有这样一个案子：
嫌疑犯A的血液，精液，指纹在犯罪现场到处都是。似乎证据确凿。不过辩方律师提出
，说受害人的丈夫B也在犯罪现场出现过。所以存在reasonable doubt。B也可能是杀人
凶手。
结果陪审团同意这个reasonable doubt的存在，没办法排除B 的可能。无法完全证实就
是A。然后A被无罪释放。
我现在有几个疑问：
1。A被释放后，还能不能被重新起诉？虽然这次不能定罪，但是他毕竟是最最有嫌疑的
人之一，也不能完全排除不是他干的。如果之后发现更加确凿的证据，比如有录像显示
是他干的；或者他良心发现，自首说是自己干的。

有理由相信，但你无法说我知道。
而且，给她捐款的的主要基础是中年丧夫留下三个孩子，无工作家庭妇女。至于孩子有
自闭症是次要的。
而且如果你靠堆积可能来论证，同样有反面的supporting evidence, 她参加自闭症孩
子互助组，她孩子有多次IEP，葬礼上有人的观察（前提是如果你接受这些是真实的）
这些不是确据，但同样支持她孩子可能有自闭症。
所以，你无法做到beyond reasonable doubt的强度，除非你选择你的证据。如果你选
择证据，不就体现你的bias么？
如果你对她信用有疑问，那么最多也是你极度怀疑她在自闭症上撒谎了，但离言之凿凿
说她孩子一定没有自闭症，是她撒谎还是有差距的。
