they have more space to run around (they even have racee indoor)
and they have seperate bedrooms so they don't disturb each other during
sleep.
they have a backyard to play
I have more places to store my clothes :P
I am more willing to buy small appliances (like say dou4 jiang1 ji)
there are all kinds of calculator to compare renting/owning (I remember
realtor.com)
