once that takes place. Also be sure to wear personal badges and you'll get
dose estimation (quarterly I believe? ). It's pretty safe because of the
amount of effort put in shileding and personal dose monitoring
I would not stress and change my career for this.

that the new reseach shows it increase chance for woman to get cancer or
other hormone related disease (dont remenber name) because the dose is high.
So i switch to daily pills..

流了好多血，很快就把两个卫生巾都浸湿了，吓得我赶紧去看ob。我的医生说这是喂完
奶后的正常现象，但如果我担心，可以做个超声波，看看子宫内的情况。因为以前我妈
生我时有过胎盘残留大出血的先例，爸妈一直很担心我的胎盘有没有清理干净，所以我
就决定做个超声波看看。
下午的时候，护士打电话说结果显示子宫里有很大的一块血块，给我开了一种药，
帮助子宫收缩把血块排出来。护士跟我说怎么“吃”药时，我只听到她强调要四片药一
起“吃”，别的就没有注意了。等到老公去药房拿了药回来，也说药剂师强调要四片一
起“吃”。我看了药瓶上的说明书，写着“take 4 tablets vaginally once for one
dose”，又检查了注意事项，说“Take with food or milk”，于是我这个文盲就华丽
丽的把最关键的vaginally忽略掉了，想当然的认为take是指的口服。不是不认识

这个月try了以后就开始yeast infection，一开始担心万一中了用药不好，就用了些简
单的方法外用，可是根本就不行，剧痒难忍没法睡觉。医生开了一颗氟康唑（diflucan
）150mg。告诉护士我正在ttc，护士说没有关系。吃了以后在网上一查就后悔死了啊，
这个small dose是category C，high dose 是category D.
如果中了，那我服药的时候可能正好是着床的时候（O后第8天），想着要是因为这一颗
药导致宝宝将来有什么不好，我会抱怨死自己的。这几天也没法安心工作，就在网上查
这个药的影响，都要疯掉了。只能祈祷这个月没有中，现在还测不出，可是今天的体温
持续上涨。。。
最近才开始潜水宝宝版，没想到看了这么多孕前准备，结果自己还是一时糊涂。哭。。
请问有姐妹孕早期吃了氟康唑吗？宝宝有问题吗？谢谢大家！ |

possible.
if your parents really want to see the baby, you should at least let the
baby finish 3 doses of hep B vaccine, then check his blood (finger blood) to
see if the antibody is really formed, and whether the antibody is
sufficient ( this can be detected 3 months after the last dose of hepb
vaccine.)

1. 有效成分是acetaminophen，不管你看到什么牌子，只要有效成分是acetaminophen
，那就是一个药，很多自己店的牌子就直接写acetaminophen的。。。。最有名的牌子
当然是Tylenol，店子自己的acetaminophen都会写相当于Tylenol，我的理解是什么牌
子都是一样的，那个便宜就买那个了，其实好像只听说过名牌召回，店里的牌子都好好
的，不知道是名牌受监督多还是别的原因。。。

medication。有美妈吃过吗？
医生叫每天吃两片共40mg（每片20mg),激素对baby肯定不好的，所以只想吃一片（20mg
),查过网上资料10mg daily属于less dose,11-40mg daily属于moderate，41-100mg
daily就属于high了，我都是high dose的临界值了。最担心的激素副作用是最后baby太
大，自然生不了；还有就是自己狂增重高血糖高血压出来了（现在这些数值我都还不错
）。但是，如果不吃这个，血小板继续偏低的话，有可能不能上麻药，而且有大出血的
危险........真是左右为难！有美妈孕期吃过这个吗？每天40mg这个剂量可以吗？O(∩

瘦肉精是一类药物，而不是一种特定的物质，是指能够促进瘦肉生长的饲料添加剂。任何能够
促进瘦肉生长、抑制肥肉生长的物质都可以叫做“瘦肉精”。
目前，能够实现这种功能的物质是一类叫做β-促效剂（β-agonist）的药物，比如在中国造
成中毒的克伦特罗（clenbuterol）和美国允许使用的雷托巴胺（Ractopamine）。
瘦肉精在上海曾经引发了几百人的中毒事件。而在台湾，由于从美国进口的猪肉里含有瘦肉
精，几乎挑起一场政治争端。奇怪的是，在美国、加拿大、新西兰等国，瘦肉精这类物质的使用却

Unlike small molecule or antibody, for siRNA, the efficacious range is very
narrow. Going up for 1 mg per kg might be toxic enough to kill the drug.
That is why people are nervous about current 4 mg per kg study as 3 mg is
obviously not good enough.
The other issue is that siRNA tends to go to the liver and HBV is a liver
disease where liver function is compromised. You have to wonder where the
drug will cure first or kill first.

FA 这东西是生产一个手术后止疼麻醉的东东，目前美国市场是垄断地位！市场非常
需要，于是批准很多公司生产非法药物，而且医院可用。今年FDA批准了FLML 的，然后
命令其他药物全停止，查封。不过以前生产的可以用完，然后就只能用FLML的。FLML高
兴的屁似得，很多机构已经进住。
