乳晕附近的肿瘤却要将整个乳房切除的原因。有时候还要切除部分胸肌。另外在穿刺或
者其他活检也会造成对肿瘤结构的破坏，造成肿瘤的转移。

很多证据表明肿瘤存在于身体的各个部位。主肿瘤对其它小肿瘤的生长有抑制作用使其
处于dormancy状态。一但主要肿瘤被切除, 其它部位处于冬眠状态的肿瘤就会被唤醒。
其原理是手术由于麻醉剂的作用而使免疫功能处于抑制状态从而使人体免疫功能降低。

这里面有个误区。有人会问，姚贝娜做手术的时候都没有转移，怎么后来转移了。是不
是手术没做好，没做干净？这个是个误解。
癌症的转移是无时无刻不在发生的，只要细胞有侵入组织的能力。在原发癌症长大的过
程中，癌症细胞就不断地从原发肿瘤上面剥落下来，侵入到附近的组织中，里面很多癌
症细胞还通过侵入血管壁和淋巴管壁进入到血液和淋巴循环系统中，随着循环可以到达
身体各处，然后又可以通过侵入管壁的方法进入到远端的组织中。一般来说这些细胞刚
到一个新的环境中，有的可能就被免疫系统杀死了。有些由于不熟悉新环境，就进入到
静默期，就是dormancy状态。当条件合适的时候又会开始分裂长大。
所以（1），在切除原发的可见的肿瘤的时候竟可能多切一些组织，这样可以把侵入附
件组织的癌细胞清除。（2），切除手术以后还要做化疗去杀死那些已经转移到其他组
织的处于相对静默期的癌细胞。
所以姚贝娜只是乳晕下发现肿瘤却要将整个乳房切除，而且术后必须化疗，这些都和原
发肿瘤有没有切干净没关系。 |

跟大牛Judah Folkman读博士，没有第一作者，
跟着别人挂名三篇，严格算起来，只有一片第二作者的JBC。
学术，是做不下去的。
