马来西亚航空MH-17班机，北京时间昨晚10时15分失联，随后传出遭地对空飞弹击中，
机上295人全数罹难。有消息传出，乌克兰东部一名叛军指挥官史特雷科夫（Igor
Strelkov）于网站暗示，叛军错估形势，以为客机是乌克兰军机，因此误击。
“不要飞进‘我们的天空’。”亲俄民军“顿内茨人民共和国”（Donetsk People's
Republic）的最高总指挥官史特雷科夫于社交网站透露，民兵可能误以为马航是乌克兰
军方的运输机，因此才会误击。

队遭遇对手的强弱进行估计，再与平均的情况比较。因为今年8进4的数据还没有出来，
所以总共有5+4=9次抽签。
球队强弱的评分为欧足联官方排名（统计近5个赛季，所以抽签也统计近5个赛季）中分
数/10再四舍五入，比如巴萨145.922，所以打15分。
统计的数据项包括：9次抽签实际对手的平均分，平均情况下对手的平均分（这个平均
的计算为取所有可能的抽签空间，当然是考虑了16进8的同组和同国规则以后，将结果
平均），实际平均分和平均平均分的比值（越小说明签运越好），以及抽到比实际签更
好的签的调整概率，越小说明签运越好。这个调整概率的计算是将抽到更好签的概率加
上抽到实际签的概率的一半。
需要注意的是以下只列举所在时间段内有至少两个数据的球队，也就是参加了两个赛季
，或者一个赛季进了8强。排序是按照签运由好到差。
