醒了我一下说如果你自己小孩需要用，以后得买回来的。因为当时他也打算donate，结
果听说买回来的费用很高，就花钱存private bank了。
于是我就写了一封长信问public bank的负责人。我了解到的信息是：
1。收集和存储成功率是50%。不成功的扔掉或者用作research.
2。public bank不会给你confirmation或者record告诉你存储成功。
3。如果你的小孩病了，你要通知bank.
4. 存储成功的话，会无限期存下去。
5。如果你的小孩或者家人病了，或者其他任何人病了，要用这个cord blood，都需要

form 8283.如果你donate的是clothe, household这些东西必须in good condition.IRS
规定，donate 单件物品超过$5000，或者是group of related item超过$5000，才需要
appriasal.
所以我给你的建议是，donate这些东西总价不要超过$500就可以了。我以前的事务所，
客户有charitable contribution,我一般都写$500一下就可以了。 |

So it is kind of financially stretched to donate NOW
again for the "USTCAF Earthquake Relief Education Fund".
