另一租客是一博后，生活习惯好，不抽烟不养宠物，爱干净，早出晚归。本人已购房，
故出租此屋。目前租赁合同到11月底，房屋到期后，若需要可与leasing office续签合
同。此屋签约时正值租房淡季，所以租金比较优惠，现在这个小区2B2B最差的房子仅房

生赶出教室，把门一关，至于学生放学后去哪儿，有没有人接，他们跟本不管。不知道
SD的其他小学是不是也这样。我们刚从外州的小学转过来，dolye的这种阵势实在是吓

types of classes: one is general afterschool while kids playing by

几年前，娃2岁多的时候去过Getty一次，不过仅仅是把捡小石头的战场从dolye park，
Zoo转移到了getty而已。希望6岁会好些了。

It reminds me dolye's legendary call of big bet with J high on the river ,
and laying down AA on A224 board on the turn. It is a lot about what
winning poker about, go through your opp's mind. Phil G improves this to a
new level- Put hand range into thought process. |

not mind checking flop, turn, the amazing thing is that Chan fold AA quickly
on river. that is mainly based on tells. There was interview with Chan
about that hand, Chan said" with the way he was checking , I do not want to
waste my money. "

Dolye's call with J high on the river is another classic hand.
They have strong reason to make this kind of call. For me, unless in
heads up situation which justify a lot of loose call against opp who bluff a
lot with missed draw, I do not like this kind of hero call often unless I
have very strong reasoning to do so. There is always risk/reward issue that

as well, since luck factor dominates in short term. But eventually these
fishes are going to come back and give us all the money back. Like Dolye
said, poker is not about winnning or losing , poker is about making the
right decision. You should always be proud of yourself for making the right
decision, not the result.
One of my worst bad beat run was AA vs AK preflop all in ,I lost three
in a row.
