1: step3不容忽视，难啊，但是却是我复习生涯中最痛苦的经历，游走在不想看书，看
又做不对题，但又不得不看的反复中。因为复习的时间正好是提交各种资料，然后等iv
的时间，又平添了各种起伏（略去好多字）。总之，要严肃对待！

那男Dolphin不属于未成年.
她们原来打算seduce那个母Dolphin做女同. 那母的和她们不来电. 那母的倒象是未成
年.

遥控可以另配的吧？不过我家没配，觉得没必要啊。你看它乱转难受，估计你也用不惯
roomba，哈哈。Dolphin就是水里的roomba，两个都是随机乱转的那种。慢点，但最后
都干净。我家有screen enclosure，所以pool里没啥大的脏东西要清，所以dolphin随
便走一下就足够了。
建议楼主买能爬墙的，一些便宜的好像不能爬墙。 |

我理解的小p民拿里程的方法大部分来自于开卡的bonus，所以总结一下这一两年来的好
bonus卡，有些我拿到了，有些没有，希望以后有机会拿。
１。 Citi AA ７５K ，当时有visa，amex，business三张卡，很多人拿到了两张，直
接１５０K入帐。AA飞国内二线城市没有UA好用，但仍然很爽。AA２１天外同姓名目的
地随便改。
２。 Chase BA １００K。要交年费。不收foreign transaction fee。改了计算方法之
后，从Dallas飞Cancun只要７５００点… 只是改票要交费，这点不太灵活。

i think we went to Isla Mujere for the dolphin swimming ( i don't really
remember exactly, the hotel booked all the tours for us). if you google it
you can see "ultimate dolphin discovery" it is a company that runs that
event.
You can hug, kiss, pet, touch the dolphin and swimming with it for like an
hour. it is a great experience, you have to try!

点上一支烟，一杯茶，打开播放器中最常听的帕格尼尼的魔鬼的颤音，随着音符缓缓的
流淌，我回忆着这段不长的与海相识的日子。说起这曲子，有一段神奇的往事，据说当
年的帕格尼尼梦中惊醒，以灵魂为代价与魔鬼定下契约才有了流传后世的魔鬼的颤音。
我在想，当年是否也有那么一位先人与海缔约才有了如此精彩的人类与海的故事。
脑海中的思绪与情丝就像嘴里吐出的烟，时而清晰，时而渺茫，便有了如下拙文。其中
真切，我相信只有那些与我有过相同经历的人才能切身体会。
初识海钓
我是个土生土长的天津孩子，生在曲艺之乡的我从小就是听着高英培先生的《钓鱼》长
大的，“二儿他妈妈，快拿大木盆来，我可赶上这拨儿了！”是我对钓鱼最初也是唯一
的印象，我始终觉得我与这鱼是有缘的。
一年半前我来的美国求学，异国他乡的生活对于阅历颇浅的我来说是清苦寂寞的，直到
一天听朋友说起有个天津的老乡组织大伙出海钓鱼，我便耐不住寂寞的参加了。这一天
我认识了小超同学（论坛id KOBEHOU），老乡，兄弟，钓鱼的老师，现任房东（笑）。
说起这第一次的钓鱼经历，可以说就是暴晒加摇晃，当时的我根本不知道如何放线收线

第一周打Bengals，防守给人感觉就不够好，不过想想对方的81和85号也算了
第二周输给Jets，下半场一分未得。不过当时还是Moss时代。看看Jets的阵容，觉得也
不难接受。当初我的感觉是8-8就不错了，重建年么。
第三周打Bill，比分还这么接近，令人担忧啊，不过要是主场连Bill都干不了也就太差
了吧。
第四周客场对Dolphin，这真是一场奇怪的比赛，5种不同方式TD得分，再次说明O有多
烂，运气有多好（或者说Dolphin的特种队有多烂）
第6周打Raven，幸好是主场，比赛一直不顺，拖进加时赛后才赢球。
第7周打Charger，这同样是一场奇怪的比赛。Charger用各种匪夷所思的方式输了比赛。
第8周是Viking，今年有Moss的球队都很莫名其妙
第9周客场输Browns，曼小鸡对小鸡的球队可谓知根知底，进攻和防守的缺点暴露无疑
前半赛季6-2，光看成绩的确不错，可是有几场是令人信服的赢球呢？更别说魔鬼赛程
还在后边。可是，神奇的常规赛后半赛季就这样开始了

耐力和途中技术都不错，蛙泳看上去是最可以提高的。
其它要注意不用太费力就提高的地方是出发和转身后水下的部分，蛙泳pull out(可
以加一个dolphin kick)和其它三个泳姿的underwater dolphin kick都有改进余地。这
个在短池转身多的比赛中效果更明显，转身本身也很重要(比如仰泳转蛙泳)。
水面游泳阻力比水下大，水下光用腿不用手就可以比水面上手脚并用还要快。最新规则
是水下不超过15米，需要充分利用。快速有力的underwater dolphin kick是大杀器，
呵呵。看一些大赛水下镜头，大家踢得厉害着呢。在我孩子上也试过，基本每次都是只
要她水下做对了第一次开始划水就已经在其他划了很多次水小孩的前面了。 |

Did half of a pyramid swim set (50s, 100s, 150s, 200s) @pace until someone
joined me in the lane. That was 1000 yards. I tried to do at least 2
dolphin kicks off the wall, but my dolphin kicks are too weak right now and

但从纯理论的看法，蝶泳的 dolphin kick 和自由泳的 flutter kick
的最大的区别之处，是 dolphin kick 两脚并动，所以必须用身体其他
部分的运动，与之平衡。
我查了一下 wiki，wiki 的说法是：
The shoulders are brought above the surface by a strong up
and medium down kick, and back below the surface by a strong
down and up kick.
俺菜鸟对以上的物理解释是：
对于出水：
首先转动惯量要平衡，所以 leg strong up kick 的时候，upper body
同时也相对 strong up，这样才能保持转动惯量平衡（部分平衡，水阻提供另外
的部分，但水阻不是无限的，而且受物理定律限制）。另外 leg strong up kick
可能也提供向上的矢推，转动力矩平衡的要求，也使得 upper body 要相对
strong up 才能平衡。

我拍照的技术很烂，而且当时大体上来不及拍。所以就用别人的图片showshow样子了。
Seward cruise tour.
我们去seward的路上刮风下雨，出海以后风挺大的，雪山都隐在云雾中，看到很多野生
海洋动物，感觉还是很值得。刚出码头就看见两只sea otter，肚皮朝天躺在水面上，
过一会儿又钻到水下，然后露出头来傻傻的看着我们，好象说huh?你们在说我吗。长这
个样子，
开了一会儿，船上的小孩们一阵惊呼有whale，不过不是whale，是黑白色的dolphin，
非常非常可爱呀。船上的工作的mm跟我们说要模仿dolphin发出起伏的wu~~~wu~~的声音
，他们就会跟着船玩一会儿。结果就看到不断的有两只三只的dolphin从船的侧面跳跃
着过来，游到船边边上，甚至听到他们撞击船的声音。他们的速度比船快很多，一会儿
就超过去了。搞不清楚是游到前面再绕回来，还是有一大群，在一侧我们看到十多只，
另一侧人们也看到。他们长得象这样，据说是arch whale的近亲，不是通常看到的灰颜
色的海豚哦。

cruise之行实在太美好，如果不得瑟一下老是心有不甘，而且第一次坐cruise，也总结

发帖数: 161 | 43 2/16-2/20 San Diego TMS大会。顺便把南加州的景点也都逛了逛。记个流水账。
2/16从东北严冬风雪中飞过去，刚下飞机见到满街的棕榈树，当时的感觉真的是 San
Diego Baby !，在Cab跟墨西哥司机兴奋的攀谈，自己土爆了，不过当时是震撼到了，
和煦的晚风，海边的高楼，湖上的轮船，太舒服宜人了。相比以前去过过的城市，盐湖
城 波士顿，这个绝对是无可比拟的。
在开会期间住的是 Declan Hotel，隔convention center 步行大概半个小时，Cab 12
块钱左右。酒店比较便宜，一个晚上64左右。最后check out，四个晚上 290. 给以后
要去那里开会的同胞一个参考。
开会的时候没有太多时间去外面玩。2/18下午沿convention center 外面走了走，那边
有一个很风情的小镇是 seaport village，有一些有特色的小店，街边杂耍。之前是准
备去租一个船或者 jetski，就在Marriot Hotel 前边。价格有jetski 99/hr 2 seat.

发帖数: 51 | 44 在美国生活，cruise必然是不可或缺的一种旅行方式。2014年2月21号，待LD的GC批准
以后，当晚就在princess官网把western caribbean cuise定下来。之前在mitbbs潜水N
久，综合了很多大牛的游经，最后选择了3月底6天5晚的行程，从fort lauderdale
port上船，途径墨西哥的cozumel，开曼群岛的grand cayman，剩余时间海上飘流。对
于第一次cruise的我们来说，这个时间应该说是刚刚好，再加上3月底加勒比海80F的温
度，都是很惬意的上上之选。
提前准备：
最开始看中的是最便宜的底舱无窗interior cabin的249刀，后来在版上看见有人说会
很憋，而且会听到海水拍舷窗的声音影响睡眠。结果就经不住诱惑，一步步升级，最后
拿了deck 10，queen size bed，带balcony的大户型599刀/人。但是后来证明这个选择
绝对是明智的，deck 10高度正好，离娱乐区deck 5-7和餐饮区deck 15-17都很近，最
重要的是在海上晃动的几乎感觉不到，每天都能安稳睡个10小时。 需要准备的行李，

发帖数: 5376 | 46 西北部从orbitz订的Riu Palace Peninsula all-inclusive. 6晚全包2大人1小孩 3800
多了。有点贵。
接送机usa transfer：private van for $55 round trip。服务可以。
all-inclusive：Riu peninsula。6个餐馆。
1. 日本歌舞伎：马勒隔壁的。这家千万别去，点了几个没等上完菜我们就跑了，sushi
都tm干了。结果去隔壁buffet发现菜单上能点的，都有。
2. 意大利餐：一般凑合，有buffet台子，正餐自己点。味道一般。
3. fusion的，好像叫krystal。算是吃的最舒服的馆子，有龙虾，不需要额外交钱。
4. 墨西哥餐：觉得还凑合，有buffet台子，比正餐更好吃。鱼做的一般凑合。
5. steak：牛排不错，也有龙虾。不过这地方没空调。
6. buffet：人最多。很一般般，不过好在选择比较多。
不知道是不是因为淡季，不需要提前reserve。
着装要求最苛刻的3号也就是男士不能穿短裤，无能穿无袖。buffet随意，其他馆子不
能穿无袖，短裤拖鞋都可以。
