格都在35万左右， 又大又气派装修好，道路宽敞， 桃花盛开， 绿草如茵，
我靠ann arbor看的同价位房子相比都是狗屎了 如果我看的同样的房子move 到ann arbor，
我估计70万都打不住？
都是3500平方英尺以上的大豪斯， 98年左右建设的， 硬木地板什么的，感觉相当气派

我查了那片附近学校，小学9分， 初中和高中都是10分， 不知道为什么ann arbor
这边房子怎么又小又旧又丑又破旧 还贼贵？ 而临近的广东郡学区貌似不差但是价格差
好多，新手还需要专家解说解说？
看完广东郡的房子， 说句心理话， ann arbor北校园附近的房子， 真的没法看下去
，都是狗屎啊，

在卖。
另外一个重要的问题，cherry hill和saltz之间有很多巨大的输电塔，workman和
dodson小学基本就在电塔100米左右，对孩子辐射会不会太强啊？买房子可以远离这个
地区，但是上学的时候就跑不掉了。 |
