C没有shareholder的限制，S是有上限限制，最少就是一个吧。

income tax, divident tax等不同税。
怎么花心思算来算去合适确实有讲究，但是大体irs在设置时都差不多。按我的理解总
结一下，假设都是自己一个人的公司：
C corp--公司净收入先付company income tax，剩下的以divident给我自己，divident
税大约是15%
S corp--公司净收入可以完全直接"transfer"到我personal income，按照personal
income rate交税。这个要看你当前的personal income tax rate而定，假设都不超过
限定高收入rate的话，这个至少也要在30% 以上。

个CL都是五六千。打电话去问如果我关掉那两张，能不能把Divident的CL提高。他们只
是说Divident必须开户6个月以上才能提高CL，而且关掉其他两张也不能保证将CL转到
Divident上来。
记得以前有人说每家银行给每个人的CL总数都是有限制的。如果六个月以后，我关掉另

The Democrats are right, there are two Americas . The America that works and
the America that doesn't. The America that contributes and the America that
doesn't. It's not the haves and the have not's, it's the dos and the don'ts
. Some people do their duty as Americans, obey the law, support themselves,
