对，我10.87买的，11.24跑了，本来想11.3x跑的，刚好一个同事过来跟我说话，我没
按下去sell,等说完话就nm只剩11.24了，真nm贵。
盘后10.94又接回来了。
没砸多少，还有5M的gasoline和2.7M的Distillate draw
基本是中性的吧。
一个我不信有9.7M crude build,另一个这么多汽油和柴油draw其实还算是好消息。
明天EIA不太差的话应该还好了。 |

发帖数: 1440 | 48 做得很好、很成功，卖相差点儿，味道很喜欢。配方是从网上找的麻辣家常味，略有改
动。
主料：
1.五花肉，2-3磅。爱吃瘦肉的就别买五花肉，不过美国很难买到肥瘦相间的肉。
2.肠衣-大亚买的，应该是猪小肠做的。
配料
1，白糖，1两；
2，盐，1-2两；
3，辣椒碎，约一两，可用狮子楼成品，过筛；
4，花椒碎，约一两，尽量用汉源花椒。在小锅里焙干，研碎，过筛；
5，伏特加，Smirnoff triple distill,约2两；如果有二锅头或者别的高度数国酒，更
好。
6，白胡椒粉，约半两。
花椒，辣椒量依照个人口味调整，但盐、糖和酒一定要舍得放，最好不要放五香粉。
工具
1，较粗棉线，20厘米一根，8-20根；--大亚有卖此棉线。
2，漏斗，装肉用，可用矿泉水瓶上半截代替；
3，筷子一根，塞肉用；
4，针一根，扎眼放气用。
工序
1，切肉。五花肉去皮，切成1X2厘米的小块；
2，腌肉。把配料跟肉混到一起，充分混合搅拌，腌半个小时或更久；
3，装肠。选一段一米半左右的肠衣，用棉线系紧肠衣的一端，从另一端吹气，应该象
小孩儿玩的充气棒一样，确保没有大的破损。然后就把漏斗塞到一头，套好肠衣， |
