如果想凑合四年（当然，谁也说不好四年之后会怎么样）
可以租房。但是以美国人的标准，能呆四年完全可以考虑买房了。
主要是租房的房源（inventory）和买卖的相比实在是差不少。
特别好的rental property不是没有，那租金可比实际的月供多不是一点半点儿。
而且，现在的房价基本算是比较低，而且利率也非常好。
如果是为了投资就算了，别指望四年后能赚上一笔（个人观点）。
但是要为了自住的舒服些，性价比高些，还是买房合算。
关于学区。。。这个。。。如果是双职工，忙于工作，孩子必须做校车，
那就要住在指定的“学区”里面。当然，房价是高一些，resale的时候也保值。
如果可以接送，我认为就不用在房子的学区上纠结了。一是这里的private school也
是affordable（和东岸比哈）另外，同一个school distict里面的学校都是可以
