《路透社》报导，欧洲近期涌入数十万人，但同一时间，中国也拥有超过上百万
的新建无人公寓，以及几乎看不到人影的新设城市，该名记者认為，那如果这些房子都
提供给难民，问题不就迎刃而解吗？
报导指出，目前中国有高达2000万至4500万户的房子无人居住，有将近6亿平方公
尺的楼地板面积上找不到一个人。但这些「鬼屋」并不是真的没有「主人」，大部分的
房子在盖好之前，就已经被人买下了，原因当然是预期那个地方的房价会再上涨。

中国所有的H1B 数量是47000来个。
这个H1B 是所有，应该是包含H4的。 男女比例大致相当，应该一半左右是H4.
所以真正的拿到H1的人也就 2万多一些。
因为有些人是第一年，直到第6年，还有后面还有可以延期的，每年拿到的数目至少
除以 3.
实际上，中国人一年也就拿6-7千 的H1B， 不确定是不是包含non-cap的。
