发帖数: 2 | 6 爬完两个帖子，几乎可以断定女主是非常典型的Borderline Personality Disorder。
罹患这样的疾病真的是非常不幸的。因为就算是在各类精神类疾病里横向比较，这一病
症也是最危险的疾病之一。
简而言之，与患者关系越是亲密，就越容易受到伤害。甚至在治疗过程中，医生都可能
会受到精神损伤，所以在美国有的咨询师甚至拒收此类病人。
我说这些，并不是想盖棺论定说女主就是个精神病了事。我觉得在这个关节上，探讨什
么“家庭背景差异”或是“搬运”真是一点意义都没有，女主在伤害别人的，或是被伤
害很伤心的时候，也一定不是因为这些很具体的过去的事件。
最最重要的一点，请女主一定要正视自己患有精神类疾病。精神类疾病不是绝症，尤其
针对这一病症，已经有了比较系统的治疗方法。而且值得庆幸的是，你并没有很强烈的
自杀冲动，并且有积极的寻求帮助的念头。这样问题就简单许多了（有不少Borderline
Personality Disorder患者是强烈抗拒治疗的）。只要积极配合，自己的情况一定会
有所改善。
同时，也希望买买提的网友们，留点口德，不要用一般意义的思维模式和道德标准来批

类简单列给你看一下：
I. Autistic disorder.需要满足三类条件，语言障碍、社交障碍和重复僵化的动作。
第三条指的是持续的踮脚、抖手、点头之类的。轻度到重度智力落后。
II. Rett's syndrome.出生时正常发育发展，5到48个月起开始退化。重度智力落后。
只见于女孩。
III. Childhood disintegrative disorder.2岁前正常发育发展，平均在3-4周岁时开
始出现发展倒退，表现为已掌握的语言和社交技巧退化。智力水平通常很低。
IV. Asperger's disorder. 只有社交障碍和僵化动作。语言发展正常，语用不当。智
力正常。
V. Pervasive Developmental Disorder Not Otherwise Specified. 不完全符合前四
类，但有语言、社交、行为障碍的情况划分为此类。 |

Autistic disorder(严重自闭症)和ASD(autism spectrum disorder，泛自闭症，也包
含Autistic disorder)都是受遗传影响，神经系统发育不全而导致的语言社交能力障碍
。ASD很多症状和汞中毒接近，但后者不是遗传导致的。诊断ASD时都要排除汞中毒的可
能。
ASD和正常小孩之间其实没有明显的界限，本来"正常"就只有统计学意义。很多被诊断
为ASD的小孩的神经发育，只是比较缓慢而已，只要父母有耐心，更大点之后小孩就正
常了。但也有很多ASD小孩的神经系统，如果不人工干预，就永远无法发育正常--其实
即使人工干预，也往往只能做点改善，难以完全正常。
说到这儿，我觉得有必要引入“基因表达”的概念。曾看过一篇报导(对不起原文找不
到了)，说某个村庄的风俗，小孩老绑着不让到处跑，导致当地人群的智商普遍偏低。
另外，喜欢棋牌运动或聊天的老人患痴呆症的比例明显低。这些例子都说明，人的智力
虽然很大程度靠天生，但脑力锻炼也会影响其智力潜能的发挥。我不知道其生理基础，

点都不能吃，俩头都是极端，OT的作用就是把这俩头极端的行为给调整到大众的谱系。
关于这种行为，我跟一个OT讨论过。她告诉我OT一般比较流行的理论如果孩子有这个方
面的的需求，就让他们满足。比如爱转轮子，就让他们转。而不是干扰他们不让他们转
。理由是他们有这方面的需求。
很多自闭儿童都有sensory disorder,因为自闭本身就是神经系统发育异常的表现。
sensory disorder严重的孩子，不喜欢穿衣服，有人做个一个比喻，穿衣服对于他们来
说，衣服上面的纤维就像根根利针一样扎在他们身上，所以我们正常的穿衣服，对于他
们来说是torture。其实他们也很痛苦。有的sensory disorder的孩子很怕水，所以洗
澡几乎是不可完成的任务。做家长的做孩子的都很痛苦。因为一般人看起来很正常的
routine,不费吹灰之力，他们做起来每次都是战斗。 |

hyperpragmatixia disorder 在刚开始学 written lexicon 的时候，呈现正常。但当

（1）首先是接受事实，这是个 developmental disorder / issue。帮助娃 manage it
，但不可能 get rid of it。（不要试图一脚踹飞上帝）。
（2）尽管 hyperpragmatixia disorder 学习过程中有 written lexicon 的问题，这
不等于就可以跳过普通娃 written lexicon 的阶段。hyperpragmatixia disorder 应
该 receive same amount / format of written lexicon education，即使 written
lexicon 的成绩较低一些。建议就是只要能及格，走普通班道路，接受现状。一般不用
Special Education，也不要妄想 Gifted Education。
