一、 广泛性焦虑症 generalized anxiety disorder。
二、阵发性症状。
阵发症状又再分成两类:
1、 畏惧焦虑症 phobic anxiety disorders (在特殊状态下阵发的焦虑)
2、 恐慌症 panic disorder。(任何情况下都可能发生的焦虑)
畏惧焦虑症又再分成
1、单纯畏惧症 (simple phobia)
2、社交畏惧症 (social phobia)
3、惧旷症 (agoraphobia ) 。
有些病人除了在惧旷症的特殊情境下才会出现焦虑外也会偶发恐慌症特有的症状。这种
混合的个案在两种分类系统有不同的病名,在 DSM 称为 「并有惧旷症之恐慌症」 ,
在 ICD 则称为 「并有恐慌症之惧旷症」 。
焦虑症的症状学:
焦虑症是一种普遍的心理障碍,在女性中的发病率比男性要高。流行病学研究表明城市
人口中大约有4.1%到6.6%在他们的一生中会得焦虑症。焦虑症的主要症状是,病人

因为家里小朋友的behavior problem, 最近才接触到这个名词。感觉以前很多行为都
被忽视了。 譬如:
**说话晚, 被认为每个孩子都是不一样的,尤其是男孩子。 再加上双语的环境, 理
解有困难。 其实这个也是其中的一个症状。
**脾气倔, 对某些食物、物体偏爱到极致, 行为也很固执。 姥姥的妈妈说姥姥小的
时候也脾气倔, 所以是“遗传”。
**小的时候, 曾经一段时间热衷于旋转东西,任何他可以拿到的东西,譬如姥姥的化
妆瓶, 譬如厨房的锅盖, 譬如。。。大人只是当时觉得很好玩,这么小的孩子那么会
转东西。
**小的时候,曾经有一段时间发脾气就拿头撞墙或撞大人。。。后来这个行为慢慢消失
了,大人也就把它当作成长中的一个阶段。

Evaluation,然后具体案例具体解决方案。
我女儿是Highly sensitive Children,两岁半的时候(去年9月)发现她怕触摸一些特
定的纹理,怕Swing,怕和别的孩子接触,然后去做Evaluation,结果是Touch和
Hearing Processing Disorder。 去年11月开始做OT,现在已经基本结束,完全变了样
,能和别的孩子一起玩了。
OT的费用是144/Hr,一共花了六千多吧。 |

年了,但好像到现在我们不仅搞不清楚repeat expansion到底是如何作用的(除了那个
可能的non ATG translation),也搞不清楚C9orf72到底是什么功能。。。所以还是在
用C9orf72这么ugly的名字。不知道有没有什么搞C9的内行人士来说说。。
还有一个长期困扰我的八卦问题。2011年neuron上最早报道C9orf72 expansion的两篇
文章。。。我觉得这么重大重大的发现足以发science nature,为何会只发在neuron上
?难道是两个组当时在竞争?或者有什么别的内幕?
再推广到整个的neurology;很多很多neurological disorder都是repeat expansion导
致的;repeat expansion听起来很fancy,平白无故的增多了1000个repeat,别说
coding region或者promoter了,哪怕在intron区域我们也会很“自信”的认为比如会

criteria for depression.
You probably can find some self-help books on it. Cognitive-behavioral
approach probably will be helpful. There are definitely specific
behavioral techniques that can help you control the binge eating behavior.
However, it takes more to find out the underlying cause. Working with a
