disolve
all proteins, like some membrane proteins, they are really hard to disolve.
High concentration of TritonX-100 will affect SDS-PAGE, you can try 8M urea,
or you can even add 8M urea when casting the SDS-Gel, search methods with key
words like" disolve membrane proteins", "membrane protein SDS-PAGE", you'll
get more informative stuff.

flux is inversely depending on thickness. true. but it is increasing with

probably rhinosinusitis, can be either viral or bacterial, it is virtually
impossible to distinguish viral from bacterial within the first 7 to 10 days
, since both can resolve spontaneously,
i would recommend mechanical irrigation, you can get from walgreen this
packets that has salt and bicarb, disolve in water and rinse with bulb
syringe; you can take tylenol/motrin for fever and pain; can also get
mucinex to thin the secretions,

1. less volumn required
2. after isopropanol precipitation, there are normally still lots of crap in
sample. I normally use water plus 0.25% SDS to dissolve pellet, then phenol
extract again, Ethenal precipitate the sample.
3. completely dried RNA is normally very hard to disovle, try to avoid that.
4. after sanp freeze, before thraw in trizol, you could grind it with liquid
N2 first, then disolve with |

> Load 5ul standards or samples onto NC membrance, air dry for 5min
> wash membrane with 50% Methanol for 5min,
> stain with amido black for 15 min
> wash membrane with 50% Methol for about 30min, until background clear
> air dry for 20-30min ( not too dry)
> cut dot with punch and disolve inabout 200-400ul 0.1N NaOH , dark for
30min, read at 600nm
