只能转移注意力，如果是真的饿了累了困了，我是不会多做要求的，我基本只在娃状态

让孩子自己也感觉到自己可能有问题，未必是帮孩子。你觉得呢？
如果你自己情绪控制没问题，你老公情绪控制没问题，那么你家孩子以后长大以后
情绪有问题的可能性非常小。想想双方家庭里有精神病倾向的基因么？抑郁症也算，
狂躁也算，暴怒也算。都算上。如果没这方面的基因，根本不用担心。
美国这里什么都早期干预，什么都大惊小怪，我个人觉得也未必是好事。
还有啊，刚上DAYCARE两个月的时候，我家娃还每天回家后大闹呢。我理解为，
在DAYCARE太STRESSFUL了，回到家里需要发泄。她每天晚上都使劲的发泄，醒好几次。
那叫一个闹啊。再过俩月会好很多，至少等你家娃充分适应了DAYCARE再说吧。
另外还有个建议啊。我娃上DAYCARE俩月以后，碰巧我们全家有一次8天的旅行。
我和娃24小时相处，感觉和娃贴近了很多啊！ 以前上DAYCARE，每天晚上就那么几个
小时，对娃了解还是不够多。那24小时的相处，每天跟娃开玩笑，藏猫猫，做游戏，
带着出去玩儿，什么事情都先争取娃意见，等度假结束以后，明显感觉娃比以前听话，

的功力，要守得住寂寞，要相信未来，要了解娃的长长短短， 推的力度要
拿捏得很准，增一份太长，见一分太短。
这个对爹妈要求这么高， 哪有推娃吼几句让他们刷题弹琴那么容易， 人总是
约束别人容易，disipline自己难。 |

发帖数: 5393 | 9 不存在这个问题，我当初转到winse主要是跟我之前sdet做的都是一样的东西(都是core
networking的wfp/firewall/tcpip之类的)，当时的目的是觉得这样上手快，可以快点
promote（面的其他几个组office/live/etc.都明说一年内不要考虑升级，winse那边说
虽然disipline变了，但是因为没什么learning curve，一年内很有希望）,打算等
promote之后再换其他组，如果不是perm把我打击了的话，我大概会按原计划继续下去
吧，反正熬满18个月就换...和我同组的一个sdet II去的windows live 做SDE II（不
过这个的确是个牛人，没搞懂他以前怎么来做sdet了,估计也是被忽悠了，或者是为了
绿卡---他从俄国过来的）。
但是总体来说，09年windows reorg的时候很多人换组，大部份sdet仍然是换的sdet（
我知道的都是sdet II换sdet II），是考虑到Promotion会被耽误（从sdet换到sde第一
年据说一般是不会promote）还是别的原因就不清楚了。面试还是很费神的，搞不好像... 阅读全帖 |

time but I still tilt a lot. After a couple bad beat, my game will become
wild open. I am much better now than say half years ago. But still have big
problem on bankroll control and tilting. Sometime I become too loose.Not
enough disipline.
One thing you and Fryking can do but I can't is you guys be able to grind
out those smaller stakes and be able to accept small but steady profit. End

我相信在低级别game里，villain是个大赢家。并且，这手牌，打到面对river这样一个
shove，我也会fold掉。
低级别game，真正的盈利点，在于拿着monster轻松拿下3条街的value，以及拿着nuts
等大家来送钱。除此之外，遵守disipline就得了，不用消耗很多脑细胞。 |

你做combo，之所以难，不只是肌肉耐力的问题，更主要是muscle confusion 的问题。
需要肌肉在没有适应的情况下，快速转换到不同disipline的运动中。如果你中间有休
息，肌肉有所准备，就容易多了，当然效果也差很多。
要想提高， 还要多练，但基本功要更扎实，combo 动作时，很容易form 走形，呼吸和
动作不合拍，不能保持whole body tension。比如不会呼吸是做不了combo动作的。 所
以开始时宁愿做慢一些，组数少一些，各方面也要到位。引用一位顶级健身牛人的话：
“Workout does not make you progress, practice does; Practice does not make
you perfect, perfect practice makes you perfect." |

in other areas like heat transfer/fluid mechanics, I don't see any reasons
they need to learn CAD in the first place. ME is such a broad disipline, there
is no such thing that can directly benefit all the people in this major in
job hunting. but there is no harm to know sth about CAD if you are gonna do
some job in manufacturing industry(e.g. product analysis)

will be quiet down and also help you to maintain the disipline among other
kids.
Haha, is this the first time you teach Children Sunday School? You may gain
experience after you went throught with those kids... :-)
