把我吓怀了。因为我们这里是Lyme Disease的高发区。费了好大周折才取下来。
我们带孩子去诊所，医生一看不是Deer Tick，就根本不管了。连伤口都没有仔细看看
，我们就怕没清理干净，有残留引发感染。医生可能觉的我自己当时已经用antiseptic
wipe清理了伤口，而且抹了抗生素药膏，就不管了。
可是我查了，除了deer tick, 还有至少2种 tick也能传播Lyme Disease. 最让人担心
的是，我们不知道那个tick在孩子头上咬了多久了。我以后给孩子洗澡一定要戴眼镜，
仔细检查，尤其是头发。
我直到现在还忐忑不安的是，在发现tick的前后，我女儿有好几种症状，都跟Lyme
Disease很像：流鼻涕（感冒类似），bull's eye like circle around the biting

scientist level的工业界工作，来版上求教过最后去了Biogen的contract岗位，现在
岗位快到期了，再来请教。
跟公司的同事已经领导都聊过了，今年部门缩招，转正是没戏了，而且部门里
scientist level的同事履历都很好，许多年相关经验+postdoc，自己也感觉到了差距。
请教了一些同事和朋友，看了网上的讨论，最终决定争取做一轮industry postdoc，比
较适合fresh增加工作经验并且build connection，目前有如下几个单位/方向可能有戏

diseases, such as Kimura's disease, don't need these. Once you see it, you
will know it. If you don't believe, please open any dermatology books for
this disease. You will find out that this patient's appearance is so typical
for that disease. But if you are not familiar with this disease, you will
probably never make this diagnosis. That's the reason they pay big bucks

level <500 ng/mL is sufficient to exclude PE in patients with a LOW or
MODERATE pretest probability of PE. But a positive D-dimer doesn't mean
anything. In this case, severe liver disease (decreased clearance) and
infection/inflammation could cause the abnormal elevation of D-dimer.
