结果把city council disctrict重新划分一下，让各区人口基本相等。原来有8个，这次是要
新增加一个9th disctrict，某些亚裔的组织希望把亚裔集中的mira mesa,rancho
penasquitos等地方划到这个新区，这样增加以后选出亚裔议员的可能性。明天这个
public hearing就是关于这个重新分区的，会有各路群众发言表达对分区的看法。有空
的同学show up一下，就算是壮大对我们有利的发言的声势 |

第二段就不对，school disctrict的设置比较复杂，有的在county，有的在city，有的
是几个city合一块。至于法院，首先这个根本不归政府管，其次设设置上是从人口来考
虑，不是由行政区划分决定

just figure out a way allowing some of them to attend better schools nearby
far more easier than moving some of them to houses in better disctricts. |

In my area, the new house in bad school district is cheaper than 15 to 20
year's old house in good school disctrict with comparable size and lot.
So, we only look at houses in good school district. |

have to pay more property tax in good school disctrict.
for example: I saw:
one house in so-so school (top 200) district, built in 2005, property tax is
over $12000.
similar house in top 20 high school area, built in 1999, property tax is
only $8000.

另外A是个新学校，设施环境比school disctrict的其他几个小学好很多，这样以后A学

I heard my friends were talking about them but I had never pay any attention
to it:-) One of my friend even moved from manhattan to bronx in order to
let his daughter to go to high school in bronx.
I also think the southern part of westchester county will have more black
and latino population in the nearly future. You prob need to think about
this situation when u are buying a house now.

School Accountability Report Card), which contains key facts about teachers,
students, test scores, and accountability measures. 这个很容易有 ：），学
校webpage应该能找到。如果想比较学区内几个学校，就直接去disctrict's website,
能看到所有学校的SARC.

我们都是几个网页对着看。先是great school查分。挑几个好的学校再用school
disctrict 网站查范围。再找些找房子的网站找了房子看看在不在那个范围内。有点麻
烦。zillow.com和一些其他的找房子网站是有直接地图的，但是还要查一下学区图。因
为有些街道离学校近反而不是学区里的，离的远的倒是。 |

综合的评估, 包括educational, speech, physical, occupational, psychological

than you can feel or think. You will have to think about next house again
in 3 years, if you are planing buy sth in a low-ranked school disctrict
area. However, if you do not mind of Z-turns, just go ahead. |

30th in IL,
which is good.
But there are so many school districts in glenview. so it is very mixed.
30/225 is the best,willowbrook and maple school are very good, willowbrook
is like a private school, houses in this disctrict are very expensive.
31/255 is the second best, henkelman is ok, field school in northbrook is
excellent.
34/225 is ok.there are lots of kids on free lunch for that school district.

downtown so ........( why your wife can't do the same), carmel is safe ,
clean and has the best school disctrict

的小朋友讲中文故事（普通话）。活动免费。
中文故事时间主要是培养孩子们的阅读能力和对上学读书的兴趣。目标观众群是
preschooler，但我以往讲故事的时候，最小的观众11个月，最大的有50岁。只要感兴
趣都可以来。

disctrict with many chinese and other foreigners I think.
Friendswood, Texas, better school district with less foreigners.
Do as much home work as you can! No rush to buy! That's my experience. |

' money.
Katy isd designate several schools to cover all shool disctrict. normally
there are 1-2 classes in the designated schools, which will enroll all
eligible kis from the nearby schools, which do not have the pre-k classes.

Why not take DART green line? Commute seems to be better than Plano. Plano
is way too far from UTSW.

如果去garden disctrict 可以坐当当车去很方便。其实不建议租车住的远，因为到旅

青藤！
我们后院的灌溉系统不行，除了有些草，很多地方秃头的，重新铺好drip之后我打算种
dymondia silver carpet，我们water disctrict手册推荐的，我在前院有一块地方中
的这个，繁殖挺快，准备把它挪到坡上
