19号就shipped了今天还没到，用tracking by reference的方法查才发现被UPS寄丢了
，状态成了这个
Merchandise is missing. UPS will notify the sender with additional details.
/ All merchandise missing, empty carton was discarded. UPS will notify the
sender with details of the damage.
UPS太狠了吧连envelop都扔了.
刚打电话给EPG，竟然还说他们查不到状态让我等2天，实在是无语了，这种情况，epg
会补寄么? |

我在paypal上打了个国际的label usps priority，记过不知道怎么回事护士说drop了
，过了一个月也没显示，买家退款也退了，不会label钱也拿不回来吧，这可是50+的

话，shipping label会一起赔。如果usps系统里面没有任何信息，估计就不会赔了。
我说的10天是cancel label，不是file claim.

没有tracking number，还是什么输入错误，不规范导致的问题。这种情况我们可以系

好的，usps有时候真不靠谱，一下丢了2件，一个是寄回国的iphone 4s，没买保险悲剧
了。。。。，走到洛杉矶就不更新了，也没说出ISC，估计被人偷了。。
另外一个西班牙的SB要买个空盒子，10块的东西50+的shipping，结果除了usps 收到
shipping信息之外啥都没有。。。
给usps 发信了，希望至少shipping能拿回来，第一回寄手机就丢了。。 |

打了电话问了USPS，等了45分终于有人回，查说是包裹里的东西不见了，外面的label
也没了，现在package直接discard了，USPS可以这么干吗？450刀的东西，label没了还
可以秀dead mail，这分明是有人拿了。
真是天杀的USPS，看我这个package没另外加保险就这么给我处理，有人知道这事要如

查询你的这些hold的label.
你把tracking number告诉我们。我们现在马上给你release hold.

Fedex is responsible for the package lost as the status still showing " in
transit".
There was a claim filed under Jasmine Fu instead of Cathy Yang. It needs to
be the shipper to file the claim. They agent asked you to file again with
correct information.

在我这里呀。她不承认，立即让我退款。幸好仔细翻邮件，证明自己都drop了。浪费了
不少时间，这事也就过去了。
今年帮她drop吸尘器，tracking显示开始都很正常，后来突然没更新了说有多个label
。她开始告诉我Fedex赔偿了100，因为只保险了100。说她自己太忙没时间给Fedex打电
话，让我去要。我打电话，Fedex说claim is pending but can not disclose to me
as I am not shipper. 到底是谁的责任？drop的时候没有发现有多个label，而且头几
天也很正常。即使后面发现其它label，Fedex就可以discard？在claim还pending的情
况下，她要求我全额退款给她。
