几天了，现在还很伤心。
才开始这份工作三个月不到吧，他当初招我，我很感激，也很珍惜这个机会，工作比较
努力，晚上和周末经常加班。因为坑爹的microsoft lync， 所以有时候老板上线就能
看见我在线。

半年前定好的camping site。倒倒苦水，咱华洲预约个site真不容易。
今年的camping季节就算是这么开始了。
Cape disappointment在Columbia River的入海口，对面就是Oregan。
这的camping site都挨着海，有小道直通beach。
beach也很赞，干净，超长，超宽。15分钟车程往北就是long beach，
还可以把车开到beach上，spirit driving一把，过过车瘾。 |

行程是相对最轻松的第三天登顶，还号称relaxing pace，太符合俺这等懒人胃口了，
呵呵。星期五早上4点起床，7点两辆车准时到Longmire的餐馆门口，接到John的电话，
说他们那辆车有人忘记带鞋子了，回家去取，要迟到1个多小时，ft… 百无聊赖的等他
们到、吃饭、分东西、登记，11点过了才从停车场出发，真是起了个大早，赶了个晚晚
集…
今年雪非常多，paradise号称有2米多的积雪，从停车场出发就是在雪上了，下来的时
候刚好洗鞋子，我喜欢。路上听到一个中国老爹跟他儿子说，给你和专业登山队背影照
张像，哈哈，走DC虚荣心就是容易得到满足啊~ 在Pebble creek补充了水，往上在Muir
snowfield上听到了很多次山上冰崩和落石的轰鸣声，还看到了一次腾起的烟雾。
快5点的时候到的Muir，人很多。到Ranger那里领了装食物的小口袋，据说有某种动物
专门以偷营地食物为生，所以吃的要装口袋里远离帐篷。唉，你说我们都把东西藏好了

这次得到iphone所花费的努力非常不合算
.电池效力仍然不够.
.没有套子手感不错, bumper手感奇差(感觉极其劣质)
.没有套子有信号问题.
.通话声音大小似乎有问题
.facetime 并不那么牛, 估计仍然很难盛行.
好的地方-with comments
.屏幕算是惊艳, 但3GS的分辨率应该够日常用了
.速度上比3GS没有明显提高
.iOS 4不错, 但3GS上也可以装. 所以不算iphone4的.
.camera 上有改进.
.摔在水泥地上(没有装bumper的情况下)机器没有损坏和划痕.
video 部分没怎么实验. 相机的改进.
基本上来说, iphone4 对于一代,iphone3G用户比较合适的升级, 对于3GS用户来说意义
不够大.

问feedback,聊你面临的问题， 说
好朋友同事的好话。
2。 你跟同事沟通不够，要有联盟。
至少3个（可以不同组）. 多学说好话，
赞美别人的技巧。
逢人就多吹吹你的朋友们，老板。
再把大人物说的好话，建议反映
给你的老板，朋友们。 你给人
带good news, 自然大家都喜欢你。
3。 你缺visibility， 向老板
争取presentation的机会。 一半时间
去做presentation/hiring
4。 老中喜欢埋头苦干，一个人
干3个人的活。 这样以为就可以
拿3个人的工资了。 不是这样的。
你的职责替老板培养3个心腹， 一起
去打天下， 不管在本公司还是外面。
你把3个人的活都干了，老板想扩充
都找不着接口。 然后你burnout,
去当房屋贷款去了。 老板
啥都捞不到。 能不disappoint吗？

20-30 and most from China. I sent emails to all the potential recommenders,
but only one agreed. Feel so disappointed. Even for people my PhD boss
recommended (they know each other), they did not reply me. I feel so
frustrated and don't want to work, don't want to do anything else. Please

about getting GC soon seeing so many people with PD in 2012 got greened.
Then i have gradually learned more and stay track with the VB every since.
So disappointed so far. It is like my whole optimistic expectation got
shattered. Even being current, fellows such as ones with the 2011 pd are
still waiting.
I have no motivation to apply Eb3 since i have to pocket another $3k myself,

can tell you that none of these people -- by "none" I mean 0 out of 15 --
has ever expressed to me a single bit of anger or disappointment at what
tiger did when we talked about it. all I heard is sympathetic comments "that
's just what top athletes do", "back in Jack's year they all did that", "all

behind a great linebacking corp and did ok all year. credit psu for their
film study to identify our weak spot. if i were the dc, i would have blitzed
