用同一个lender，broker能够拿到的利率比直接找这个lender的loan officer要低一些
，因为相当于是银行把sales和marketing外包给broker降低了自身成本。但是无论哪个
broker做都最终会把您的贷款申请交给某个direct lender来做，区别在于有的银行某
些房子不做（例如condo），某些银行不做某些移民身份（例如H1B但是无I-140

1)优先推荐大家去办工资的payroll Direct Deposit，这个最稳妥保险
2)万一不行，采用哪些金融机构的账户可以充当Direct Deposit
3)要特别提醒，千万不要（无论何时，特别是在账户出了问题之后）去询问banker，哪
个算不算DD。这个会害人的，估计Paypal就是这么被搞黄了的。fatwallet上好像也特

1) 申请一个ING DIRECT的CHECKING然后跟你的CHASE关联,之后从ING往CHASE转钱,有可
能被认作DIRECT DEPOSIT但不一定每个人都OK.看你自己.
2) 我自己拿了CHASE那个$125之后,每个月只在里面留$1,CHASE扣服务费的原则是如果
你的帐户里< $6的话就只扣那个数字.因此我每个月让它扣$1,六个月下来扣$6我总共等
于拿$125-$6=$119. 主要是不想每个月转钱那么麻烦另外$1的话看起来至少比较自然一
些...当然你也可以只放$0.01让它扣. |

如果她/他坚持说要你关闭帐户,就跟她/他说,已经关了.反正他/她也查不到.
你的想法是可行的,50%/50%.但难度在于,很多公司的DIRECT DEPOSIT的AUTHORIZATION
FORM,格式都不一样.很多公司为了方便,那个FORM上只允许你DIRECT DEPOSIT到一个银
行帐户而不允许SPLIT.
需要和人打交道来改DD的,建议还是少搞.搞多了人家会嫌你麻烦.
某些公司可以允许员工自己网上更改DD信息的.那种就方便,随便你搞. |

如果是direct deposit那种，应该是要求60天内post第一笔，错过了就没有了。
6个月是指保留账户6个月，否则收early termination fee,已经给你的bonus可能也会
