看起来蛮吓人啊，又是二恶英，又是PCB。
我们常钓鱼的那些点，从上面上回我去的蚊子岛，到海狼公园，全在这个圈子里面啊。
建议的是成人一个月只能吃8盎司，怀孕妇女和12岁以下儿童不该吃。
正好想到那些一COOLER一COOLER往家里搬鱼的，那不是得吃出问题来？？
看来海狼公园是不敢去了。东湾和西湾看起来好一点，只是建议猫鱼不能吃。
那以后不是得往西南边转移，去MATAGORDA湾那边？
可是那边又有一个核电站。

Sanjay Gupta的报道，似乎应该是同一事件的报道。
CNN的Dr. Sanjay Gupta的问话明显是“你认为你们家里或者你们自己得的病和
chemical plant有关系的，举手。”他用的词不是“cancer”，而是“affeted by

chlorine bleach prevent it from “soaking into” wood-based building

谈及正题之前，首先回顾几件容易疏漏、忘却的往事。
年初乌克兰大选期间，西方媒体广泛报导反对派候选人尤先科遭人下毒一事。该消息几经
渲染，终于通过第二次投票，把尤先科推上总统宝座。尤先科“遭人陷害”，体内含有戴
奥辛（Dioxin）的消息，首先由维也纳三区某医院予以证实。奥地利新闻界感到意外的是
，出面证实“中毒”的竟是位该医院任职的乌克兰医生。而且，该事件之离奇颇有点像台
湾的319枪击阿扁事件，即既然有人使坏，为何不玩真格的？使用假造手枪与戴奥辛进行
攻击均不能造成生命危险，那么“加害” 目的究竟何在？虑及此，专家们都推定这不是
个政治谋杀事件，换言之，更可能是苦肉计。可是，当今的是非可不是专家说了算。凡事
哪怕经不起任何推敲，只要国际媒体无偿宣传、竞相报导、互相左证，假戏也能真作，泼
猴不浴也冠。

你看到湖水很干净， 可是Pollution很重．PCB, dioxin, Hg etc.

的螃蟹。华人吃蟹认为最精华的蟹黄、蟹膏，实际上是化学物质集中之处。包括消化腺
、排泄腺和肝胰腺在内，都可能包含大量化学物质，例如多氯联苯(PCB)、二恶英(
Dioxin)和镉。
而华人烹饪中重要的一部分，也就是烹饪蟹类的汁液都不得再用做酱汁，例如做汤
或者炖肉，因为80%的PCB都会在蒸煮后转移到这些汁液中。基南强调特别不能给孩子吃
，因为化学物质对幼儿或胎儿的发育可能影响更大。
除了蟹类外，鱼类的品种也要注意区分，尤其是亚裔女性。因为调查显示亚裔女性

康的原因。
有印象 ohio river及其流域，严重遭受重金属和化学污染，PCBs and dioxins的值超
高，已经引发癌症和免疫损伤。杜邦公司常年排放污水，很多电站也排放铅汞超标的污
水。
吃鱼还是得悠着点，看政府的食用指南，我个人认为如果政府建议一个月两条，那么老
中就得调整成１条，因为老中吃法大多不象老美那样只留鱼片。 |
