的重要性, 并强调即使是这个reviwer 也在一开始就是赞成这个文章内容的新颖性的，
只不过目前他提出了更多的问题。
第二，用各种理由来反驳该人提出的“更多的问题”，可以接受的说法有：
1. 目前领域里没有好的方法来解决该reviewer 所提的问题，如果硬要做只 would not
generate solid conclusion.
2. 相关杂志和相关研究里面从来都是先解决一些理论问题，然后才进行应用研究的，
强行把应用研究放在里面会dilute the attention of the readers and diffuse the
focus of this study， 也不适用于这个杂志的风格。
最后，告诉主编，你可以接受一定程度的修改，挑出那个人提的意见中几个比较容易做的，

个和老板一起写的NSF proposal就被review说是Collaboration Plan不清楚，而且一个
PI是另外一个PI之前的学生，没看出team有什么分工，可能会dilute effort。
另外，你是想要让你老板做co-PI还是要写成Collaborative Research啊？两者的不同
在于，前者是你学校管理funding，然后再subaward给你老板学校；后者的话，
proposal虽然是一个，但是award是独立的，funding也是独立的。
我觉得你老板若真愿意帮你，你可以试试。我认得一个人，在一个排名一般的学校里面
做AP几年了，regular的NSF拿了两个，全部都是跟他以前的老板写Collaborative

个数，对于有些应该给coauthor的都不给。我当时就特别反感这点。我是觉得多挂几个

这个事情不一样的是那个合作者出尔反尔。一开始让我出所有钱的时候说得好好的，
idea是我的，项目也是我主导的，理所应当我是唯一通讯作者。结果文章写完了又变卦
。你们都知道现在美国的funding形势是如何的。我在这个项目上已经投入了好几万块
了，不算小的投入了，而且花了无数精力，不想就这样白白浪费。
而且他们夺取我们劳动果实的嘴脸也是非常明目张胆，竟然建议我们把所有的图都给他
们，由他们来投稿。这点我是坚决没有同意的。如果那样，我就真的成了挂名作者了。

我觉得身为人师，一味忍让，忍气吞声，难道会给学生带好的头？像这种颠倒黑白，赤

Grantcraftsmanship 写作吹嘘质量有关系--
this might be more related to NIH grants, plus network-- because in NIH, 1-
2 reviewers decide the fate of your grant.
In NSF, there are typically 4-5 reviewers. My experience would be that one
poor eview would be diluted.
These days the best way for a regular PI is just to submit the proposals.
