发帖数: 83 | 1 诚心请教，有姐妹们孕早期吃了氟康唑吗？
这个月try了以后就开始yeast infection，一开始担心万一中了用药不好，就用了些简
单的方法外用，可是根本就不行，剧痒难忍没法睡觉。医生开了一颗氟康唑（diflucan
）150mg。告诉护士我正在ttc，护士说没有关系。吃了以后在网上一查就后悔死了啊，
这个small dose是category C，high dose 是category D.
如果中了，那我服药的时候可能正好是着床的时候（O后第8天），想着要是因为这一颗
药导致宝宝将来有什么不好，我会抱怨死自己的。这几天也没法安心工作，就在网上查
这个药的影响，都要疯掉了。只能祈祷这个月没有中，现在还测不出，可是今天的体温
持续上涨。。。
最近才开始潜水宝宝版，没想到看了这么多孕前准备，结果自己还是一时糊涂。哭。。
请问有姐妹孕早期吃了氟康唑吗？宝宝有问题吗？谢谢大家！ |

发帖数: 234 | 5 出生20来天的时候宝宝舌头上就有白色的东西，开始时候pediatrics说没事，是奶渍
一个月的时候越来越严重，再去看，说是thrush，没有检查，开了nystatin，用了8天
，效果不是很好，白色变薄了，但没消失，再去看医生，医生换了diflucan，用了十天
，无效（真的一点看不出效果）。再去看医生，医生说很可能不是thrush，把固体奶换
成液体奶就会好很多。
听从医生的建议后仍然没什么改变，再去看医生，医生说为了判断到底是不是thrush，
要再用一次diflucan，同时配合治胃酸的药，如果好了说明是thrush，因为宝宝有
reflux，如果喉咙里有真菌，这两个药合用以后舌头上的thrush会改善
我看完医生后回来怎么想怎么有问题，diflucan是口服的，服用后应该对全身有效啊，
如果是thrush，第一次用diflucan就该有效果吧？那这一次再用药不make sense啊
第二天又去看了另一个医生（同一个诊所），在我们的强烈要求下，终于做了真菌培养
（承认自己比较包子，开始的时候医生说thrush是不让用检测手段的，就没有坚持要求

药水就可以解决，不行就用口服药如diflucan,宝宝和妈妈同时吃，大人和小孩的剂量
好像很不一样。吃药期间可以哺乳。奶瓶要狂消毒，防止反复和交叉感染。
罗嗦的个人痛苦史：我得了2个月，中间看了无数次医生和lactation consultant，都
没发现源头，喂奶喂的痛苦死了。最后被个护士提醒说有可能是这个yeast infection,
。虽然医生说是mild infection, 但还是给开了10天的药，好像叫什么diflucan，吃完
了yeast被干掉了，但是第二天马上就急性乳腺炎，因为体内yeast和bacterial也是要
打仗的，立马接着吃抗生素10天，同时也吃probiotics,增加体内有益菌。搞了快一个
月才好，后来因为我没怎么母乳了，就没复发了。听说这个yeast很容易复发的，你要
多吃不带糖的酸奶或者probiotics, 增加有益菌。我家宝宝医生到时说没有症状，但是
为了保险起见，我们也开了nystatian给她口服，但是只用了一次就不用了，那个药实

刚刚从6周的乳头真菌感染中走出来。哎。。。自己感觉不易。在这个过程中，得到了
半内一些JMM的帮助和鼓励。不胜感激。我想把自己治疗和护理的tips写出来。可以供
以后的JMM参考。
我的情况：我是在产后使用抗生素后得的真菌感染。当时，给我接生的医生得了百日咳
，我们村很多家庭都被医院召回，让吃抗生素，打疫苗。其实，我们家每个人都并没有
感染百日咳，连咳嗽都没有。但是，就这样我得了真菌感染。这里给我的教训就是“抗
生素真的不能瞎吃啊！”
药物治疗：
我的治疗周期比较长，一共6周。 Nystatin Cream 涂在RT上，breast feeding的时候
，我是每次泵完或者喂完就会涂药膏。我一共涂了6周，用了2管。我个人感觉，这个药
膏真的不是特别管用。我的lactation consultant建议我用monistat cream。她说这两
种药膏的药物成分不一样。如果Nystatin不管用，换作monistat就会有作用。但是，我
个人认为药膏的效果还是有限。

since it may cause liver toxicity, people with liver problems must be
careful, which is exactly the case here. i think monitoring the liver
condition during the diflucan therapy is absolutely necessary. the side
effect is very rare in people with normal immunity, and it's always due
to taking other medication at the same time. the liver dysfunction is

通过本人在美国医院看病的经验，CATBLOCK所说的确实真实，而且医生也是这么给偶用药
的。偶反复得了几次（都是霉菌性的），医生都是这样用药的，只是老是治不好的时候，
医生给偶多开了CREAM和用了3片的DIFLUCAN。偶全力支持CATBLOCK！
还有偶给你老婆的建议：
1：你立即买保险，买了就可以用，TEST什么的都FREE
2：一定要医生看一下，并且问清楚你得了哪种阴道炎，并让医生详细写下来，然后翻译
成中文，（如果你不想买美国的药，可以不买，偶用了作用不大，医生也觉得奇怪）。你
可以让家人买些药专门治疗你老婆那种阴道炎，再快件寄给你。记住：一定要医生确诊。
阴道炎在不同时期会改变的，用错药会很严重的。

1.revealed atypical cells. this cells are not considered normal, however,
they do not fit the criteria for pre-cancer or cancer cells. Recommend
repeat in 3 months.
2.revealed imflammatory changes from
Candida(yeast)infection - have inclosed a prescription Diflucan/Fluconazole
请问jm 们这种情况普遍么?有没有必要3个月复检， 另外还有吃所谓的药，自己没有感
觉什么异常。谢谢。 |

After a week of nystatian without any improvement on my baby, I called the
pediatrian and he prescribed diflucan for him. The symptoms in his mouth and
diaper area are cleared in 2 days! We will need to continue to use this for
2 weeks.
We are also sterilzing all the nipples and pacifiers for 20 minutes everyday
.
I am still using nystatian on my nipples, because they still look kinda of
pink - which is a symptom for thrush.
I hope it is not coming back to my baby. |

发帖数: 83 | 19 you nipple is itchy then you have thrush too. You will need to get nastatin
in the cream format and apply it to your nipples. Call you pediatrian and
tell him that your baby's symptoms got worse and then he will prescribe
diflucan for your baby. it is much more effective. You should be treated at
the same time your baby is treated. Otherwise, he will continue to get it
from you.

，要求不许开空调。但是，偶们这边真的很热。每天一到下午，人人身上一层汗。我还
要穿长裤和衬衫。热得我汗从脖子一直流。每天晚上都觉得自己身上有汗臭味。
我感觉，越是这样，自己得RT也是痒的厉害，还有针刺样疼痛。偶尔去学校图书馆，感
觉RT就不是那么疼。我想可能是家里室温太高了。治疗yeast infection，我开始使用
的是外敷药Nystatin，每天只能躺在床上晾晒RT。后来，还是不见效。医生给开了
Diflucan 150mg (首剂量第一天150mg，追加剂量4天后服150mg),现在是第四天，RT还
是有刺痛，而且，偶手臂上的一块皮肤好像也感染了。追加剂量要今天下午服用。但是
，总感觉，痊愈无望啊。希望JM们能给个建议。

I normally use topical nystatin cream or oint. (nystatin has poor oral
obsorption, which means you put on your nipples, the baby eats it and just
poops it out.)
Maybe you can ask your provider to change the medication. Try topical
medication first and if it does not work, then oral medication. |

另外，多吃kefir， 还有大蒜。也可以吃益生菌。 |
