The difference is the same as the difference between "remove" and "purge" in apt-get.
More specifically, complete removal also removes conf file.

来自主题: Programming版 - what is the difference?
i have to correct you about difference between
new Widget
and
new Widget()
although they are really really subtle.
if type Widget is non-POD type, these 2 expressions are the same.
if type Widget is POD type, the first form will leave the new object at
indeterminate state, while the second form will still do default-
initialization, which means all-zero init for POD type.
I agree this difference is completely artificial and mostly can not be
derived from other things.

XML is a markup language, it is a superset of HTML,
main difference between XML and HTML is, XML can keep
semantic information, so a XML file can be used by
different applications.
XSL is used to transfer XML to HTML or any other markup
language)by pattern matching.
This is my understanding.

Wow, very nice conversion from the book. It is the human view of the
question. :)
Although it doesn't help me at all in terms of understanding the difference.
It does sound like a matter of labeling yourself as a scientist or engineer.
Thanks and google book search is really cool.

i don't think doing observations should be a problem, they understand you
need to have experience for your decision, and you can be very honest and
open about this, no point to hide.
but applying two different specialty residency programs in one hospital is a

The difference is minor. That's why in real applications, logistic is
dominent, except some econometricians would choose probit, which I don't
understand.
For multinomial case, things become different. The probit setting is more
flexible, but its estimation is much more time consuming. This is the reason
why you still don't see many real applications are done with probit.
