和其他一系列神经退行性疾病。而脑衰老，是衰老的真正标志，和决定性因素
所以我想开个帖子讲讲几个问题：（1）什么是胰岛素抗性，什么能够影响胰岛素抗性
（2）是不是常用脑的人就不得神经退行性疾病？ Alzheimer diease 原理是什么
（3）为什么时常运动能延缓衰老，特别是脑衰老？
----由于时间限制，这次主要focus在胰岛素抗性上面，下次再讲运动带来的其他好处
比如增加生长激素，再生神经元等等。

celiac disease, gluten free diet 是必须的．
不要轻易给孩子服用中药．婴儿肝肾功能尚未发育完善，代谢能力有限．而多数中药处
方都没有严格的毒理研究，特别是孩子有严重的对各种食物的过敏反应，更要慎重．
如果是celiac diease,一种自身免疫病，是genetic的来源，中医药不会有用处．
gluten free diet能避免症状发生．

You need to raise the height or cut more often.
I do not suggest you cut more than 1 inch off each time, I usually cut off 1
/3 inch each time. During fast growing season, that means cut every other
day. Much better for the grass.
Also make sure your blade is sharp, a dull blade torn off the grass instead
of a clean cut, it hurt the grass more and can get diease more easy. A clean
cut will produce much greener grass, dull torn off will produce yellow

My daughter (19mths old) is in China for a week now with grandparents and
she just had "hand foot mouth diease (HFMD) ", she's having some fever,
infection in mouth and yellow palm and feet. My parents sent her to the
hosipital of Tier II city in China, pediatrician there said it's HFMD. She
is being treated right now.
Question I have is: HFMD sympton should be blister on hands and feet if any,

mouth sores. You baby may be too little to tell u. You should keep ur baby
hydrated as much as u can. If u are sure it is this disease u dont need to
see a doctor. This disease lasts a week as other virus infection. u should
give pain med if ur baby is too cranky.

发帖数: 4361 | 22 问题是做了这么多年，很多疾病相关的signaling pathway已经逐渐明了。target就在那
里，问题是不drugable。
RNAi的好处太多了，不是单个基因控制的diease，你就多弄几条siRNA target多个基因
，甚至整条pathway。这个用small molecular是不可想象的。要说off target effect，
small molecular就更没法控制了。至于RNAi的作用是short term而非long term，这点
跟small molecualr也一样，而且实际上你也不希望吃点药就permanently knock out你的
某个基因吧？
对于RNAi therapy，其实就是个delivery的问题。 |

partially represent the truth of the dieased processes, I don't see any
approach is better than the other... it is just luck, whatever approaches
