啥的。那个时候才是卡寄出来。寄出来以后1周内到。用的usps priority mail with
delivery confirmation.
有一点要当心的是USPS不转USCIS的邮件。邮差很可能需要信箱上有你名字才投递。如
果你搬走了，很可能这个邮件在邮局hold一段时间再退回去。这个一折腾最少1到2个月。
如果没有可靠的人能在原地帮你开信箱的话，建议在原地等卡。 |

申完了就unable to give a dicision，要under review。结果打电话过去说需要
review，但是已经recommend for approval了14k。US BANK家的申请流程是怎么样的？
难不成是系统先recommend一下，然后人工审核？请教最后拿到的概率大吗？非常感谢
