发帖数: 631 | 3 两个多月的新鱼缸。最近先是出现brown algae，能很容易擦掉。
可是近几天发现缸壁有些深色的小斑点，很难擦掉（下图）。 同时发现decoration上
也有深/黑色的
东西（下图），也很难洗掉。应该不是algae/diatom，因为algae/diatom应该很容易擦掉。
这是什么？怎么预防/清理？ |

高倍显微镜下发现 （1）沙子中无石英颗粒：典型的海岛型浅水沉积物
（2）无珊瑚颗粒：北纬35度以上
（3）沙子中有大量火山沙 稀有矿物
地质学家查出这是东京附近的地况 但更具体在哪？
法医学家在电子显微镜下发现 颗粒中有一种稀有的diatom
这种diatom是带硅壳的algae
从一位法国探险家1889年的发现纪录中找到这种特殊的algae位于什么地方
侦察飞机出动后验证了以上推测出的气球炸弹工厂确切地点
1944到1945早期共有9000个炸弹漂到美国
绝大多数落到中部的荒野去了
轰炸机出动后 再也没一个漂过来了 |

般这些植物不放在主缸里， 不好看， 主要放在底缸或者背缸里。
高等藻和低等藻（diatom， cyano, etc)的竞争主要也是光线和营养的平衡问题吧。只
要不泛滥影响珊瑚生长， 估计应该没什么。 |

一种藻类diatom, 能从大海中吸收硅酸根，生成完美无缺，纳米粒级微观结构的外壳，人类估计永远是做不出来。其机理被德国的一个助基本搞透
MIT 的一个女牛人，在病毒上长半导体的东西，其最新的science文章是用病毒做了个锂离子电池
老美还有个叫Mark的哥们，整天泡在黄石公园的温泉口，在那么高温的地方，有病毒。他们研究这些病毒的耐高温的机理...
国内好像就对壁虎什么的关注多一点。
其实人类很多的问题，非人类生物界已经解决了 |

一个很有趣的从自然界获取材料的例子。一种硅藻Aulacoseira Diatom能够产生中空的圆
柱体(frustule,硅藻细胞壳)，这种圆柱体的表面有纳米级的channel，而里面也有纳米级
的孔。这些中空圆柱体由二氧化硅组成，并能通过下面反应转化成硅晶体：
2Mg(g) + SiO2(s) --> 2MgO(s) + Si(s) 650 Celsius degree.
生成的零件再用HCl处理(或者在用HCl处理后继续使用HF处理)后，MgO被处理掉，剩下
的硅
晶体组成的零件具有更大的表面。这种零件可能可以被做成气体 |

(1) What does it mean by Te (spectroscopic constant) when we talk about a
repulsive potential? For Iodine, the G'(^3\Pi_{1g}) state dissociates into
the same limit as the X state, but what can we tell if we are given only Te=
27900cm^-1?
(2) We know X-->A, X-->B and A-->G transitions have been measure, but has B-
->G' transition been measured? Is it because it is weak? |
