我觉得我们好象对有些基本概念的理解不一样。我理解的低血糖，是按小于70来定的，
看你的意思，好像100就算低血糖了？
我们这儿DIABETIC KETOACIDOSIS 时候insulin Infusion Protocol，是血糖小于70，
就暂时不给胰岛素阿。GOOLGLE到几个医院的DIABETIC KETOACIDOSIS Protocol，都是
同样，有的甚至更保守，就譬如Ball Memorial Hospital in OHIO:

发帖数: 21 | 8 我基本同意小烦的看法。补充一点：type 2 diabetes产生的原因是基于周围组织对
insulin的不敏感（主要是肌肉和脂肪组织的insulin resistent）, 而不是insulin的
多少。题目问的是由于insulin的量产生的影响，应该就是说type 1 diabetes。 另外
，type 1 diabetes 是由于胰腺β细胞坏死退化，insulin产生急剧减少，但是并不一
定是0。 |

章很麻烦，耽误了2个多月，材料才得以从学校寄出。个人觉得申请算是比较顺利。把
我当时准备的情况跟大家说一下也许对将要申请的人有一点帮助。
我个人从这里寄出去的材料包括：
1.国内护士执照的公正，在这里网上找的公证处，在纽约，叫最佳公正，电话

2.指纹卡，就在我住的地方的警察局办的，free
3.handbook上的申请表，贴一张照片在右下角（handbook链接：http://www.rn.ca.gov/pdfs/applicants/exam-app.pdf）
这一页有一项是填社会安全号，我当时没有就空着的，没有关系。
4.两张支票，一张办指纹的($51)，一张申请的($75)
5.写了一封信，表示感谢，一张纸，很客气的几句话
从学校寄出的材料：
1.中英文成绩单（学校有，我来之前到学校教务处办好的）
2.学位证书和毕业证书中英文版（来之前自己办好到学校教务处办好的，盖好了章）
3.课程描述9门（内外妇儿、精神科护理、生理、解剖、免疫、微生物，好像是这些，

endocrinologist's NP usually does most of the DM follow up, also some
thyroid patients. so you have to be qutie familiar with diabetes management,
eg. glucose interpretation, oral meds and insulin adjustment, insulin pump
adjustment, diabetic preventive health care, diet and education, etc.some
clinics also manage gestational diabetes too which can be tricky. I suggest

rebound from late night or early morning hypoglycemia, thought to be due to
an exaggerated counter-regulatory response. it happens mostly in kids with
type 1 diabetes or people who are using long acting insulin. this is not the

否则保险公司不会给你好好的报销那些化验的钱。
如果你是HMO当然就没问题，PPO就很有可能出血。
但是，现在美国的医疗制度也促进了一些私立体检项目的出现。比如整天在CHICAGO
RADIO做广告的COMPREHENSIVE PHYSICALS，200块钱，从XRAY，心电图，各种主要化验
项目，再稍微出一点，还包括CT。和HMO当然没法比，但是比PPO要
好多了。

汇，它涵盖了50多个民族背景和100多种不同语言的庞大社区。
按目前所做的包括所有亚裔美国人和太平洋岛民的健康数据分组，隐藏了子群体之间的
真正差异。例如，糖尿病的发生率就有着很大差异。当所有数据合并时，它隐藏了菲律
