是否和p53的突变有相关性，大家知道用哪个数据库可以做这个分析么？最好是free的
。（试过oncomine，似乎没法看突变）。
还有就是想了解一下某一基因在diabetes的病人或动物实验中是否有已知的差异表达/
SNP或是mutation，这个有没有相应的database可以拿来主义，直接分析？
吐糟一句：感觉在这个大数据时代，有众多强大的资源不会利用，这是憋屈啊？那位知
道有什么比较好的相关的online 公开课么？ |
