spent the whole afternoon watching Ducks-Wild game, went for dinner and
missed Sens-Devils game.
谈谈第一场比赛的感受：
1。 Coach Lemaire 的确很厉害，用兵神奇， Wild 一点没有让人感觉是打了两个
7-game series得球队整场都拼得很凶，要不是Giguere表现神勇，这场应该是Wild的。
2。 Giguere, Giguere, Giguere, needless to say, marvelous performance!
Giguere 的很多save让我想起Prime时期的ROY
3。 鸭子门的OT如有神助,无法解释,赫赫.
4. 刚看了Devils-Sens的highlights, 感觉Broduer表现还是很不错么,Sens

发帖数: 186 | 13 今年最后一天比赛没有去年悬念多.晋级球队在周四都决定了,剩下就是名次问题.从最
后6,7场比赛来看,Devils和canucks状态是相当好阿.Penguins和flyers就不用多说了.
Rangers和Bruins估计是留力了.Bruins一定挺不爽的,碰上了最近状态甚好的Ovie领军
的caps.Nathan horton和tuukka rask不能打比赛其实影响挺大的,除非Thomas状态像去
年那么好,我看走不远.
另一场悬念比赛就是讨论得热火朝天的Pens和flyers了.作为中立球迷我表示没有压力
欣赏比赛,呵呵.
Rangers对上最近比较蔫的sens,Devils对了几乎没出线的Panthers,个人看好前两个队
快速结束战斗.
西部,Canucks 最后一段时间的优异表现让他们蝉联了常规赛冠军.希望daniel能尽快回
归.比较好奇他们是不是会让cory schneider打主力.对Kings会是一场一场硬仗,

冬至前后，正是一年里日头最短的时节。为了把每日游玩时间最大化，我们秉承日出而
作、日落也不息的作风，每天踩着旅馆开始供应早饭的点吃饭，就着7点半左右的第一
缕日光开始一天的行程。今天是Arches NP。早上从住的旅馆出来，车窗上结了厚厚一
层霜，日出前室外大概有零下十几摄氏度。忘记带刮车窗的东西了，钻进去暖了好一阵
子车。Arches就在我们住的小镇Moab边上，圣诞节的早上，镇上唯一的一条主街冷冷清
清，只有几盏单薄的彩灯高高的挂在路灯上，装点着不甚浓郁的气氛。整条街除了旅馆
、饭店，就是提供各种户外活动的商店。穿过街道，路的右边很快就是进Arches的大门
。沿着山路开了一小段，第一个观景点俯瞰的是脚下贯穿Moab而过的HWY 191。这里是

I did not get to ski the Devil's Castle like Easylifee and Kolaz did,
because literally there were a hundred people or so traversing in a line to
ski it. Before it was opened just before 11am, there were about 30-50
people already camped out by the gate while the patrols were dropping
explosives.
So I went to Castle's Apron, which is to the east of the Devil's Castle and

发帖数: 17993 | 44 今天在Alta一开始自己练习，后来碰到四个人。这个雪季开始的几次都在Alta滑，发现
碰到的很多Skiers都有Alta情结。
一位在滑雪场工作的美眉，美眉是在盐湖城长大的，从小在Solitude那边的滑雪场混。
美眉在Alta兼职，可以有Alta的免费滑雪季票。据说Alta的工作气氛好，对员工也较好。
另外有位帅锅说他以前也有Solitude的季票，不喜欢那边，跑Alta来了。
还有另一位帅锅要去Supreme 那边去找他的太阳镜，他昨天backcountry爬上山顶以后
换眼镜时把太阳镜挂到一棵树上忘记取了。
美眉和我正要去Devil's Castle，结果Devil's Castle下午三点就关了。后来我们一起
滑了三趟，powder不错。 |

看过一场Magics,

NFL, 看过一场Falcons, 一个老板的学生是经理，咱去蹭了一场，没看懂
我老觉得NFL是Loser看的，NCAA才是真正的football
感觉纽约地区的球票价格非常奇怪，
NHL, 打死我都看不起Rangers, 不过islanders, devils却相当便宜啊

到达cody就是等于踏上回家的路了。
早上从cody出发，加满油准备经south dakota，iowa， nebraska回missouri。
一上午就是开车了，中午到达wy的一个小城市 Gillette吃饭。托resturant.com gift
card的福，我们4人又大吃了一顿不错的墨西哥餐。从Gillette开不久就可以到devil's
tower 一个很诡异的山。。印第安人的圣地。那里的trail没有什么走头，也就是绕山
一圈，如果不是登山爱好者，去那也就是半个小时 拍照走人的景点。就是山下有个草
原狗（直译）的聚居地，可以去逗逗那些贪吃的小动物。比较好玩，一大片 一大片的
“狗”。
我们从devil tower出来以后就开到rapid city，south dakota，准备第二天去看总统
山。rapid city是个不错的城市，有空去downtown 走走，有不错的商业街，有几个路
口有总统的铜像，挺别致的。那个地方也有几个不错的中餐馆。友情提醒，如果看到一
个中餐馆叫 Great Wall不要以为是那家连锁buffe。。是个档次不错的local 店啊。。

3/6 第一天
1. 启程
早上4点起床出发。途中试图吃In & Out未果，途经闻名已久的秃头山。中午11点左右
到达Emigrant营地，扎营上路。
2. Devils Cornfield，魔鬼的玉米地
植物顽强的生命力。
3. Mosaic Canyon，大理石山谷
细腻的岩壁，漂亮的花纹，流动的石头，大自然的神奇。
旅程中的第一次scramble，新学习的技能让一个崭新的世界从此打开了大门，原来爬山
不一定要走trail
山高风清，仙乐飘扬，偶遇的乐队，在外的旅行就是这样充满了惊喜

发帖数: 290 | 48 早上从提顿出发，开了9个多小时车开到了arches，是下午5点。立刻去visitor center
登记了火焰炉游，那个是要ranger带才能进去的地方，每天上午带20人，下午带20人的。
然后立刻去park avenue，我觉得view point看一下也就差不多了，结果我们还是去里
头走了一下trail，也没多大区别，不过倒是爬了一块很大石头上做瑜伽去了。。。：P
觉得这环境满适合冥想的，呵呵。
然后趁还没日落去了windows，还有double arch，在夕阳下都非常非常漂亮。整个公园
在夕阳下都很美好，非常让人感觉到神性。
第二天一早去爬devil garden，开车到trailhead是7点多，landscape arch 那段还算
好走，然后再往前就比较艰难了。我们到了double o arch看了一眼远处的dark angel
就原路返回。据说也可以走loop，不过那个loop长，而且比较primitive，有很多沙地
要走，走沙地巨累，所以还是还是原路返回把。devil garden还是要爬很多石头的，穿
的太文雅就免了。一路有一些小叉道去看各个arches，挺好玩的 |
