美国政府做的好的地方是，伴随一个新政策的出台，通常会发布很多公开的文档。当然
，美国政府也会对群众隐瞒很多信息，只是隐瞒的手段很巧妙，就是将有用的少量信息
淹没在海量文档里，利用信息过载的效应来限制老百姓获取有用的信息。打一个比方，
你要了解某个法律规定到底对我的生活有什么影响，结果到政府网站上一查，几千页的
pdf，谁有功夫看完啊？
中国现在这个政府，信息公开化做的就很不够，也可以说非常之差。到现在入世都多少
年了，网上也找不到当年到底入世都签了哪些协议。要查协议文本，只能去世贸组织网
站上看。像社科院，国务院研发中心，都是吃皇粮的，都是老百姓养活的机构，其研究
成果，如果不涉及国家机密，显然是应该对老百姓免费公开的，特别是如今有了互联网
，根本不需要任何成本，把文档放网上就可以了嘛。但是，像社科院白皮书这样的信息
，都是不公开的，你要花钱买。最不可思议的是统计局和海关，很多统计数据，都是要
你花钱买，甚至你想花钱买都不知道怎么买。而统计局却将这些数据卖给国外。这是很
荒唐的事情。

我每天晚上就靠想象着人类殖民火星后的景象入眠
首先要解决能源问题，这个在火星上造几个核电站应该可以搞定；
其次是选择殖民地点，鉴于火星比较寒冷，选择在赤道附近为佳；
然后是居住环境，可以建立全封闭的大型玻璃状cone形屋顶，在里面制造氧气。氧可以
