in- deviance test，hypothesis 是 "neither A nor B" is significant。 能不能找
到full model 的 deviance, 然后reduced model 就是A 和 B 都没有，什么都没有，
就是deviance=0. 所以这个 drop in deviance 就是 full model的deviance.

directly from SAS proc logistic.
If your predictors are all discrete, you can test model goodness of fit
using the deviance. Otherwise, there is no test for it.
Also, deviance over the degree of freedom in SAS output offers sort of
measurement on how the model is. If the model fits, this ratio should be
close to one. |

You can use weighting in logistic regression. But this weighting is used to
accomodate non-iid sampling(such as case-control sampling).
Grouping the data will not change the value of deviance. The purpose is to
control the degree of freedom, so that the deviance can be better
approximated by Chi-square distribution for model goodness of fit test.

看了半天help也没看明白weights参数在这里的意思，试着fit了一下两个命令得到的参
数差不多。deviance和AIC都是有weight的那个小一些。 |
